We made an apt and they picked us up from the shop and took us home, and when done, they would do the shuttle in reverse. They no longér do loaners & no discounts. When we got the car back, the a/c did work, but had some residual gaps, and it cut out. They said bring it back for another go over, it finally began to work correctly. I chalked it up to new parts. They are honest and in my book have a good reputation. Don is the offiçe manager and he is very good at his job.

Once my car was looked at, they did call back with all the details of what's going on even things that were noticed during the initial diagnostic which is $120 by the way and is applied to the bill if work is completed at the shop. I'm glad i stumbled across this place reading reviews from yelp. The reviews were on point, this place is fast, friendly, price are reasonable mechanics were very efficient and nice, they took the time to explain in detail the issue with the car. Keep in mind they are very popular and very busy! But they are affordable, atleast the most affordable of all the places I called in terms of estimates for labor. Another huge positive is that they let you buy and bring in your own parts. The car ended up being a total loss :( due to frame damage and other issues but I paid $68 for the diagnostic (they take card & Zelle apparently, with a card processing fee because it's $65 for the diagnostic). Behind them is a shop that does frame damage so that's another positive because they got an estimate from them for fixing my car. My only con is that I wish they told me the diagnostic price upfront, since they don't have a website. They communicate with calls and text and they kept me updated with everything. I ultimately sold the car and had a tow come get it from here so they're used to that happening too. Overall I would recommend and I would go back but I'm hoping I'll never need to again!!

I just purchased a 330Ci in 2021 from some friends so this is my first. As a woman who loves cars and only drives manuals I hate going to places that patronize. These guys don't. They give it to you straight and respect everyone as car owners. I asked for clarification where needed and they were super clear on next steps. My husband does most maintenance for all of our vehicles but for the jobs he can't do at home, we come here. I paid for the job and left for my soon to be finished new home in Delaware. Instead of a pleasant two hour trip to rural Delaware my van was towed almost fifty miles back to Sparrows Point with a non-functioning transmission. Once home I had the van up on my friend's lift to inspect why it had burped most of its fluid on the ground. Imagine my surprise learning the Four Sons technician had used a sealant instead of replacing the transmission's pan gasket when he did the transmission service ! There's absolutely no excuse for this kind of work...ever. Needless to say the only time I'll be returning to Four Sons Automotive is when hell freezes over.
