The medical assistant was violating HIPPA laws by asking me health questions at the counter. And the doctor came in and didn't introduce himself, and had a very nasty cough. And didn't cover his mouth. So I told him about it. He wasn't very attentive to my concerns about my health. Kept pushing surgery upon me. Hemet has the worst medical practices that I've ever experienced. read more

Can't really speak to the doctors skill as my surgery was cancelled due to other issues. The scheduler and medical assistant were excellent. Professional and patient. The appointment person however was a non-customer service oriented person and added unnecessary hoops to making my appointment even though I was an existing patient so I knocked off a star for her. They also perform their procedures at Hemet Global which is one of the two worst hospitals in the area. With so many orthopedic services in the area I can't recommend this one. read more

I have been trying to get someone on the phone so I can schedule an appointment for entire week. I left messages. They do not return my call. Reading the reviews I realized I do not want to go here. read more

Don't go here. Period. Find somewhere else. Ask for another referral. Zero stars. I've never felt so rushed and unconsidered in a Dr Office before. First, I was rescheduled, twice. Then when I finally was seen, Dr Milind Panse came in and spent maybe two minutes with me. In that two minutes, he incorrectly stated that I didn't have an MRI yet, which I corrected him twice on. He asked me questions that I wasn't even able to answer fully before he wrote on his chart. Then he told me he was going to give me a shot and send me to physical therapy. Didn't even tell me what the shot was or why I needed it before he rushed out of the room. He was rude, inconsiderate, and completely devoid of any human decency. read more

Don't go to Seven Star Orthopedics this place is not good, they are not professionals. The front desk clerk has no people skills she will not look up when you approach the counter until she's done doing whatever she's doing can't multi task. I've seen Dr. Gande at the Menifee office for over a year for my knee. I've gone through several cortisone injections and finally Gel Injections. When asked Dr. Gande how long before I feel relief he said it should work right away I had three injections and it took over a month to feel some relief. I have already excperience TKR Total Knee Replacement 3 1/2 years ago and miss my ortho tremendously. Dr. Gande's favorite answer to all my questions was (We don't do that anymore) It all came down to I now need knee replacement. I went out of my way to do the talking and the walking to provide them with all the necessary documents such as, My PCP clearance for surgery and EKG, I gave it to the office manager and they lost the paperwork it was never scanned into my file. The doctor's nurse called me and told me he had called my PCP and was told they had not seen me, my doctor has no recort of them calling. I brought a copy of my paperwork to my Pre-Op appt. I had my chest x-ray and labs done and they don't seem to have anything other than the labs. 4 days before my scheduled surgery I got a call from the scheduler stating they had to change the surgery from the Menifee Hospital to the Hemet Hospital due to short staff, or change it to a later date, but cannot guarantee if there will be staffed.. To make a long story short. I contacted my insurance and was informed that they NEVER REQUESTED AUTHORIZATION for my total knee replacement surgery. I called Seven Star Orthopedics the next day and spoke to the scheduler and CANCELLED the surgery. THIS IS VERY SCARY. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. read more

After surgery, they give me a pain pill that makes me throw up, and when I tell them, the doctor recommends an over the counter, that I'm allergic to, and Tylenol....so, I wouldn't recommend..... if they don't care about your pain level, they don't care......period. read more

Zero stars. Absolutely poor customer service. I called to check if my insurance was accepted and they scheduled my appointment. I called back to inquire about any co-payment. They said they'd check and call me back. I called another day to inquire again since nobody returned my call. Once again I was told they'd check and call me back. On the morning of my appointment, I received a call saying my insurance was not in their network. Wtf?? read more

This surgeon did a wonderful job on my total hip replacement on the right side a few years ago now I'm going for the left. He's not real talkative but he's a good surgeon. read more

Terrible advice. I went in with gluteal and back pain and expressed concern of a pulled muscle and Dr. Davenport's advice was to stretch more and did not have the decency of allowing me a follow-up appointment. This was by far the worst doctor appointment I've ever had. To be told, "hey stretch more and good luck" when I have expressed having trouble sleeping or sitting because of the pain is a slap in the face. I deserved better treatment. That will be my first and last time going there. read more

I have been here several times and been seen by three different doctors. They are always very professional. The ladies that work here are always busy but still take the time to smile knowing people are hurting. Dr. Pance is the doctor that I have seen most recently. He is a very serious doctor, down to business type of guy. I am hoping he stays here. Anyway, if you need help this is a great place. My shoulder feels much better for the most part! I also want to say how much I love Linda! She is such a sweet lady. Thank you for a great experience when I am not feeling well. read more

DO NOT GO TO DR PANSE!!! I broke my elbow pretty badly. I had 2 surgeries on it. The second cast was so tight the pain killers didn't take the pain away. It's been almost 2 months since it came off. My hand is still swollen and in horrible pain. My shoulder is in horrible pain from the weight of the casts and the horrible cheap sling I was given. He does not tell or explain anything to you. You are in the dark startvto finish. I have been out of rehab 5 weeks and have had ZERO therapy on my elbow. I call and call and get no return calls. The insurance couldn't even get a return call. I finally git one on Wednesday last week with a promise of a call back the next day. NOTHING. I'm sitting here on a Sunday morning at 2am crying in pain. They have done NOTHING FOR ME. I'm on the verge of seeking legal advice as I can't use my arm and because of the other damage done to my hand. I showed them snd told everyone and nobody listened. I don't want anyone else to go through the hell I've been in and am still in. read more

I now see why this place is rated of 1 1/2. I want to get the doctor appointment done now I'm waiting to get my MRI scheduled. I've waited two weeks for them to call. I finally had to call back to see what happened and they said they finally sent it over today. That's been two weeks ago Because I don't have enough money on my co-pay which is a $30 and my other doctor waived it till the end of the month because I've been in such a pain there's no humanity or sympathy within this company to waive your $30 co-pay to the end of the month when you when you're able to pay for it because you're on Social Security Making you suffer in pain with a rotator cuff tear that needs to be repaired and have to get an MRI which now was just scheduled for not I don't know also because I did not have the $30 co-pay. I had to forfeit that appointment because I still didn't have my MRI done And they finally put it in the system after I called after two weeks. They said oh it's on schedule now call tomorrow so now we've arranged to have my back looked at which needs nerve ablation done because I can't walk on it and I'm suffering from the back kicking out and I almost fall down to spasms in my leg where I can barely walk around what kind of doctors and treatments are these anymore what kind of humanitarian help that these people cannot help a person suffering in pain and let a co-pay go till the end of the month when the person at the doctors office knows that you have a primary and a secondary insurance which is a PPO And yet they can't help you because of office rules read more

Was just in to see Ponce! What an ASSHOLE! Glad he's not going to be my Dr. the VA sent me to him what a mistake. His attitude was very rude and abrupt as I only spent 5 minutes with him. Wouldn't answer my question and was talking as he shut the door to leave! I WILL BE REPORTING HIM TO THE VA! The staff was nice! read more

I have been dealing with two tears in my meniscus and a completely torn ACL since the end of September. This practice has shown absolutely zero urgency to get me treated. I've had to call and follow up on my own from getting the MRI approved with insurance; they told me it could take up to 2 weeks, but that is only the amount of time it takes the staff to put in the pre-certification which does NOT take long. I know, I work in the medical field both in the insurance side and in medical practices. My insurance approved my MRI the same day, days and days after they said they would submit for pre-cert. Then, when I got the MRI, I called 6 days later as I was told the office should call ME to schedule the appointment to go over the results. I never received a call. And when I asked when I should come in for it, the woman who answers the main line told me "usually those appointments are scheduled immediately after." Why did no one tell me? Why did no one contact me? In between my MRI results and my appointment to go over them, I called for a refill on pain meds but never received a call back. Finally, once I came in to go over the results, they asked what pain meds I was on and were floored I wasn't taking anything - but it was THEIR fault no one ever called them in for me nor called me back in regards to them. Dr. Davenport went over my results - who I should add was very professional and informative, my gripe is only with the front office - and I was told he doesn't deal with the ACL and I would need a referral out. It has been almost 2 weeks since that appointment, I've called 4 times and left 3 messages with Julie since, NOT A WORD BACK. Finally I decided to be my own advocate and find another practice to see me. They're getting me in same day because they "don't like to make patients with these types of injuries wait, we get them in stat." I wish Seven Star at Hemet would understand that. I am inclined to do some research and see if I could report this practice for the time wasted due to their front office's negligence. read more

Horrible place the mexican girl in front with short hair is so rude! The place is dirty and in disrepair. Doctor Gande actually told me that impingement in the facet joints can't cause pain nor the symptoms I have. I went on the internet and researched it and he is dead wrong. I also told my primary what he said they actually laughed at him. If the refer you to this place run somewhere else. My appt was set for 8:30 and Gande decided to show up at 9 :15. read more

In Feb I slipped on ice, dislocated and shattered my wrist, took an ambulance to Hemet Hospital where I had caring nurses and Drs as I was in so much pain. Ultimately had surgery with plates and screws done by Dr Gandhi. After I was home and the nerve block wore off, I was in excruciating pain, called after hours and Dr Gandhi called me back right away, advised me what to do and I felt relief. I was given such good care, walking in on a moments notice to get help with my cast from Dean twice. Everyone was very helpful and compassionate and had my final visit last week thanking them for all my care. I highly recommend Dr Gandhi read more

The doctor I saw in Menifee is about the worst I've seen, I couldn't understand much of what he said, and he really seemed like he didn't care to look into my problem or give a professional diagnosis. He really seemed to have an attitude, and suggested I "continue" with your physical therapy. First off, I asked him "what do you mean continue?" since I'm not under anyone's care, nor have I been referred to physical therapy. He simply said, "You're going to have to live with it, I can't do anything for you," and walked out without another word or answers to my questions. What a rude, self-centered jerk. I will never go back to that office. read more

My wife had an appointment on few days ago, we were told the appointment was supposed to be at 12:30Pm we were there before the actual time, she filled out all the paperwork and then was told that the Orthopedics doctor Steven Davenport was in his lunch break, and that the appointment actual time was 1:30pm, we told them to reschedule appointment which we did now they are saying they notified us that the disk for the Xray done on her knee are needed and that it was notified when It wasn't just want to let this be know that's terrible communication with patients are very unprofessional solutions read more
