My first cast was full of dents and pressure points but he said "its fine". My second cast he put on while my leg was still swollen from his first cast so now its too large and it slips. He said "fit one finger" but if my leg isn't swollen I can fit my whole hand. If you get referred to him ask for a new doctor immediately!  He gives no after care instructions other than "dont get it wet". He will not investigate the symptoms he causes, he'll just say "we'll see if it clears up". When it doesn't clear up you will never hear from him no matter how many messages you leave for his medical assistant, because you can only talk to the MA at this hell hole. He won't even call for scheduled teladoc appointments, I had to call multiple times only for him to tell me he doesn't know anything like why my leg burns, the bottom of my foot tingles and goes numb, or why I have consistentcalf paint after his abomination of a cast was put on my leg. My new othro was surprised to hear he lete leave the office with that dent clearly putting pressure on my broken ankle. Ive been in consistent pain for 3 weeks but I've decided I'm not going to ruin my leg more because of this incompetent man. He doesn't care about his patients and should not he practicing medicine in any capacity.

I have had done this 4 times now .. they open 2 hours late .. and then use the excuse they're short staffed .. and no doc on in the duty so why bother being open if your there is no doctor available.. so are they getting paid just to sit there and do nothing . I needed an immediate appointment due an emergency that I need to be seen after .. I called to make appointment time then what happened.. oh I can get you in on tues .. I need to have sensitive lab work done I also needed a script for epi pen in witch I really need you know I need to breath .. with out it I'm screwed .. potentially death with out it .. sarah and staff really don't seem to care .. and yet they still get paid to do what . When I called for a follow up after anaphylaxis.. Mary bel asked me did you tell me that you needed to get in right away .. my reply was yes I was in hospital went by ambulance.. ahhh is that rocket science to know I need to be seen after .. maybe they need more training .. maybe dr aschok needs to spend more quality time in his patients.. I'm tired of being dismissed .. so if you have had any issues what so ever you can call your insurance and file a grievance.. the more the better .. after so many calls they will be investigated.. let's get this office shut down .. they have a lack of care .. this place has gone to crap .. that's last thing we need are doctors and staff that are incompetent.. don't forget to file your grievance.. why should they get paid not to do they're job .. just close your office and call it a day

I had never seen a cardiologist, so I was a little fearful. (Okay, A LOT fearful..) But knowledge replaces fear, and I have Dr Rastogi to thank for that. I did my initial paperwork a week before my appointment and the office staff was so helpful in answering any questions I had concerning medical history etc.

Despite having a scheduled appointment, I still had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and lacked the patience and professionalism one would hope for, especially when dealing with elderly patients. I saw Dr. Purohit on three separate occasions for the same ongoing health issue. Each time, I had to re-explain my symptoms as if it were my first visit. He appeared dismissive, uninterested, and at times, irritated--as though my concerns were a bother rather than something worth addressing. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disregarded. In the end, he told me he had no idea what was going on with my health, offering no guidance or next steps. Overall, I left feeling unheard and disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this practice based on my experience.

On our return ride will call, they first wanted to make us wait 3 hours for a pick up. Then I got them to agree to 25 minutes, still long considering Lyft comes in under 5 minutes. Then the driver never showed up. Also, they don't send confirmation texts giving you the car's description and plate number. Very unreliable and I'd never use them again. You get what you pay for.

I was sent to a small waiting room I had 4 falls was very disoriented after two words I'd forget…read morewhat I was saying. I needed to use the restroom and although there were medical staff doing nothing and standing right there looking at me, no one would help me all I needed was a wheelchair. That went on for seven hours. After this happening, a tech was supposed to take me in for an MRI. He didn't want to do it. I could hear him trying to get others to do it or to come with him. ( I'm pretty little and not that difficult to deal with ) I heard someone saying "Sharon likes falling down" and others laughing ( maybe because I had been in for falling before ? )Due to my thought process this was a really scary time for me. Between the staff in the waiting room the tech for the MRI and the other staff thinking my falls were something to be laughed about they were very unkind and unprofessional. I do have to say that the Doctors were always great. And once I was taken up to the 6th floor I have nothing but good to say the Doctors Nurses CNA's everyone I encountered were always professional kind and caring.

I was…read morerunning 103+ fevers and when those break I would soak my clothes and bedding - not once in 4 days did anyone offer change my sheets or clean the room. I had to ask (remind) them to change my bedding and keep giving me new pillow cases. No one offered to help me take a shower or bathe myself. Not that I would take a shower there... my Bathroom was disgusting - floors were filthy. Hair in the shower drain and in shower floor. But the fact that no one offered to? Toilet leaked. Sticky gross stuff on bedside table. I had to clean that I have no idea what it was. But having said all that again my nurses were amazing and this is NOT their fault they are not the janitors!!! They kicked my infection in a few days so I'm grateful for that. They were sweet and kind and funny. The second ER Intake room was small maybe 15 chairs (hard plastic chairs that I had to sit on for 7 hours until they had a bed ready upstairs) and there were 11 of us crammed in there - so hippa laws went right out the window - I knew everyone's situation and financial issues and everyone knew mine! Two men working in there didn't wear gloves while attaching iv tubes to the drips or while doing EKGs. Everytime the AC came on I would start having coughing fits. My roommate noticed said ya know Bea everytime the ac comes on you start coughing. Hmmm?? My first blood cultures were contaminated (with staff) Gee wonder why???? and they had to redo them. Drs were arrogant and pushy. They wanted me to stay 2 more days (that's the soonest the urologist could do it) and have surgery to blast a kidney stone they said was causing the infection. That kidney stone has been there for 30+ years never changed location or size or caused me any issues. And hell no was having surgery there. I'll find another surgeon not affiliated with this hospital and get second opinion. So again grateful that they were able to get me better but honestly I didn't feel safe there I felt like I was surrounded by filth and dirt. Other issues too but I'm running out of room lol be ware when going there. Others have shared same stories with me. I'm new to hemet so I had no idea. I'll go to Murrieta ER next time!!
