I would really have loved to give a 5 star review since this would have been my third time here but I am very disappointed in my recent experience. I had booked 4 services for a girls weekend and then 3 hours before my service (1 of the 4) was cancelled because the staff member called out, which I understand but then they offered me a different service (at full price I might add) which I polietly declined. They did not offer the day spa/pool for free to me so I could at least be with the rest of my party before and after their appointments. Then to top it off I got the reminder text that the people in my party had to check in, but when they got there, their treatments were all cancelled!!! Luckily they were able to get their treatments since no one else walked in or same day scheduled. Loved also hearing that the staff made comments to my party about how lucky they were to get a walk in appointment. What a mess and disappointment after this trip was scheduled months in advance. This was the second year we have planned this trip and I can say for certainty next year I will not be booking here. Beautiful spa, but when people are driving all the way there, and planned their trip around the services this spa offers, they could try to accommodate them a little better if the spa has to cancel an appointment same day. read more

Best day spa of 2023? More like most unprofessional and disappointing. Today was my 25th birthday, and the Seven Inlets Spa staff ruined it. No, I'm not exaggerating. My husband and I booked a couples massage all the way back in August, and a member of the spa staff called this morning and cancelled our reservation--thirty minutes beforehand. We were already in the car and on our way to the spa. My entire birthday was planned around our trip to this spa, and I was devastated. My 25th birthday was a big deal to me. I had been looking forward to this spa trip for months, but I can't imagine rebooking (we weren't even given the option) with them due to how I was spoken to over the phone. What happened today was unacceptable. To make matters worse, there isn't a single day spa in the state (we called literally all of them because we were willing to make the drive) that could have accommodated us because of the short notice. Thank you for ruining my 25th birthday. read more

Excellent environment and experience. many services from simple brows to full body treatment. We arranged a spa day for my team this year for a well deserved holiday break. We had seasoned and newbies that didnt know what to expect..... the staff made our day and everyone was pleasantly surprised how relaxing, accommodating and comfortable the experience was. We enjoyed the sauna, services, hot tub, swimming, steam room and some quiet time for the simple things. I personally had a facial from Chelsie Chapman and it was heavenly. I went here for nail services and was sorely disappointed. By sorely I mean that the nail technician filed my nails in the corners and it took two weeks to go out and was quite painful in the meantime. She really did not know what she was doing when dealing with natural nails. This is a beautiful spa and I'm sure that their regular services like massages and facials are lovely. They also have a beautiful meditation room and facility. read more

My fiancé, and I are long time visitors to the seven inlet spa, taking advantage of the $50 spa day which you have access to the pool and Jacuzzi, which is shared by the hotel, which is noisy 75% of the time because of the hotel guests, and their children. The quiet room that is in the spa section is not really a quiet room because you can hear people, employees and other customers talking while you're trying to relax and meditate. The only quiet area is the locker rooms, which each contain a dry sauna and a wet eucalyptus, sauna. read more

I've used this spa many times in the last couple years for my mani/pedi's but my last visit was disappointing. Not for technique or even the tech, but I was told that their new policy is I can't bring my own polish! I've been to spa's from coast to coast...and some even at sea, and have never been told I could not use my own products. Strange. Oh well, good while it lasted. read more

I really wanted to give a 5 star review...Megan, the woman who gave me my facial, was amazing! My facial was a five star. I did however have a manicure booked after my facial today. I was relaxed and excited to get a much needed nail touch up. I asked Megan if I needed to check back in up front or if I should wait in the "meditation room." I was instructed to wait and that someone would come get me. When I realized no one was coming to get me, I walked back to the front only to find out my reservation was not added to the calendar. Not to mention being met by a rude girl at the counter who said - No, we don't have anyone on the schedule. Are you sure you booked the right day? She changed her tune when she realized it was error on their part - I proceeded to show them my email confirmation and was met with a "Sorry, it's frustrating our system does this sometimes..." If I'm about to drop a couple hundred dollars at your spa for the weekend, at least make sure your computer system works. So much for being relaxed and stress free. I would also like to point out that this is a total first world problem. But if I'm paying for a top notch service, I expect it to be that. Overall I'm disappointed and likely won't go back. read more

If I could give half stars, my review would be 4.5. Let me start off by saying this is a beautiful Spa. Everyone who worked here was very friendly and helpful. I received the Relax package which included a Swedish Massage, Customized Facial and a Manicure although I changed it to a Pedicure for $10 extra dollars. The Womens Locker Room was well stocked with water bottles, robes, towels and chilled towels for after the Sauna and Steam Room. There is also soaps, lotions, hair spray and a blow dryer, flat iron and curler for your hair. Calming music plays throughout the entire Spa. There is a drink and snack station that has tea and fruit infused water and trail mix. Also in the Meditation Room there is water bottles and Fruit. My first appointment was for a Massage and I had Emily. She was awesome. She listened to what I wanted and delivered it! I could of not been more relaxed. She got rid of all my tension. Next I had my facial and It was also so amazing. I really almost fell asleep because of how at peace I was. Lastly was my pedicure and this is why i am giving 4.5 instead of 5 stars. There was nothing spectacular about it compared to my other services. I have had better pedicures at a nail salon And I'm not quite sure why they are so pricey. I even got charged an extra 10 dollars to have them painted french. I honestly would not come back here for their nail services. A tip for the Spa would be to tell you exactly how long you have in between appointments that way you can utilize the ammenities. All in all a great experience. I can't wait to come back! read more

OMGosh! This spa is so amazing! My boyfriend and I had couples massages from Amos and I think her name was Katie. Amazing! I am a massage therapist and Amos totally blew me away! The spa is beautiful! The dressing room has a Eucalyptus steam room, hot sauna, and showers with huge shower heads! The bathroom is stalked with every think you could possibly need. The robs are super soft! We will totally be back. Also every person on staff is so nice! Couldn't have been happier! read more

I had a Salish Express 25 minute massage but it felt like an hour! My therapist did an amazing job, noticing that I had a lot of knots in my upper back/shoulders and she sufficiently worked them out without too much pressure. I have already scheduled another massage, this time 50 minutes in a couple weeks. The environment is beautiful and relaxing. I wish I had the money to get every service they offer! read more

Seven Inlets is a hidden gem. Customer service from the moment you walk in is excellent. The spa is incredibly clean and everything you could desire toiletry wise is provided. The meditation room is fantastic, if I had one at home I'd never leave! The Eucalyptus sauna is equally as wonderful and helps open sinus'. The services i had were an organic facial and an 80 minute relaxation massage. I was beyond satisfied with both and will definitely return. read more

Stayed at the hotel for a military ball. As it happened to be on my birthday we decided to get a couples massage. It was my first ever massage or really spa experience. Staff was very nice, made you feel at ease. The locker room has great amenities. I loved the steam room. The massage it's self was a bit underwhelming. I did go back the next day for a facial and it was great! After your treatment you can stay as long as you like to utilize the meditation room, sauna, steam room and showers. They have water, snacks and hot beverages available. When your ready to leave the locker room has all the tools you need to get ready including hairdryer, flat iron, hairspray, and even toothbrushes. read more

I love this spa! It's very relaxing, and I love the strawberry cucumber water they make fresh daily. I arrived 30 minutes early to enjoy the sauna and relaxation room. The chairs in the relaxation room and the plush blankets were amazing. They also have a selection of local tea, which was nice. I had a voucher for a free spa treatment and opted for the grapefruit body scrub. This is one of the best bang for your bucks that they have, in my opinion, because it's part massage, part body treatment. Lots of free parking since it's connected to the casino + hotel. read more

I've been here a few times. This spa is better than most spas. Coldwater Creek spa is a good comparison but they do it better! The relaxation room is amazing. The spa rooms are roomy with heated, adjustable beds. The sauna has eucalyptus oil. I doubt there's a better spa in most of Washington state. It's better than any spa I've visited in Portland, Seattle, LV, Honolulu, etc. Do not miss out! read more

My husband and I really enjoyed our couples massage. Booking was easy. The environment was very relaxing! Staff was very friendly. The place is very clean (other than the dried up crust substance on the waiting area blanket ) they have you undress in the locker room and provide slippers and a warm cozy robe. If you arrive early you are able to sit in a sauna or the meditation room with a waterfall. The therapists were well trained and had a bunch of little extras that made the massage stand out. For example the massage oil was kept in a warmer, they use hot towels on your back, they had a massage bed warmer and a neck warmer as well. The beds were hydraulic & the counter areas were free of dust & clutter. I really enjoyed myself. I'd give it a five star but that blanket threw me off. I wouldn't mind booking again. read more

We were excited to use the spa during our stay at the little creek casino. It was nice and calm inside. Enjoyed the amenities. Says walk-ins welcome. But when we walked in it was all booked. I also wanted to get some of the salon treatment done but the girls weren't fully trained for all the services... A little frustrating. But the services I did get were very nice. read more

I've been here once before and it was equally as disappointing as the first. They mis scheduled my appointment so I couldn't enjoy a pedicure with my husband (it's our anniversary). They scheduled both of us together and when we came into our appointment they said we were scheduled for tomorrow at 130. WE CHECK OUT TOMORROW AT 11AM. I had a spa manicure and pedicure at this spa and for what I paid I was very disappointed. The pedicure was nice but my manicure was not. My fingers are still sore 2 days later, they don't really do a massage and the polish job was awful. They moved very slow to use up the whole 50 minutes. This spa is stunning, the staff is super professional and the menu of services is huge. I visited there for the first time tonight and I loved it! I had a 60 minute custom organic facial by Chloe and it was absolutely heaven. It felt like her fingers were doing ballet on my face! My skin is so clean, soft and hydrated. The bed was heated and adjustable so my legs were elevated. Get there early so you can slip into one of their super soft robes, sip strawberry cucumber water or tea while sitting in a very comfy chaise lounge in the beautiful meditation room before your treatment. Or do that after your treatment. They have saunas, showers, everything you need. You can literally hang for a few hours if you wish. It's right off the Hwy and there is ample parking as it's at the Little Creek Casino Resort. I'll be back for sure! Next time a massage and a pedicure! read more

The first time I went I got an amazing massage and great overall experience. Ever since each time gets worse and it's because the staff members are rude/lame.
