I had gotten to the point where I could not lift my arm, very painful. My back muscles were extremely tight. It felt like my rotator cuff was on fire. I tried cranial sacral treatment, massage.....temporary relief. I had read about Pook in the local newspaper, that she specialized in medical massage, so I thought I would give her a try. She accessed a muscle deep in my armpit (one I didn't even know I had!) and to my absolute amazement, the pain was gone and I could move my arm freely! I went to Pook for lower back pain for the first time last week and she worked on me for 90 min. but only charged me for the 60 I had come in for. Her studio is clean and wonderfully peaceful and she puts amazing strength into her massages for such a small woman. I felt like my old self the next day without the back pain that I'd been dealing with for over a month. The pain came back gradually over the week but nothing as severe as before, so I went back for another session and have already booked a third. What a great massage, I was doing work at the house and hurt my back. She gave me a massage and did some stretching that made all the difference. She is very sweet and the office is pretty and clean.
