I've been loving my results so far too and think it's definitely worth the investment. Every time I've come, the front desk girls have been super bubbly and quick with getting me checked in and out. DO NOT BUY the groupon expecting you can use the HUNDREDs of dollars spent on the packages. There is a not that says one redemption but they will not accept you buying multiple packages you buy for yourself for one redemption. Honesty review after completing multiple sessions for underarm and bikini! So, I've tried other laser places for comparison, and I had a good experience with bikini here, but not so much for underarms unfortunately. Bikini: worked out well. Def slowed hair growth after several sessions. I had to make sure to tell the technicians, though, to ramp up the severity. No pain, no gain? At the beginning, I feel like they only did the lowest setting, so I had to keep reinforcing them that it's okay to go up. They did eventually. Underarms: The sessions never worked for me. After a day or two, the hair would just grow just normally and thick. Keep in mind that I've already received treatment a year ago, so this was just a small maintenance. However, it just didn't work. I did let the manager know about 1 ineffective experience, and after couple weeks of back and forth (took a while with communication), they decided to give me a complimentary service, which made me feel better. Soooo... I booked this appointment through Groupon. I waited at least four to five months before breaking down and making the decision to do laser treatments. On the Groupon, they offered a package of six treatments for $130, which is super expensive compared to other places and to the prices listed on their website. I was able to get a full Brazilian, Upper back for that price, which is a steal! After purchasing, I booked my appointment. The appointments fill up fast so make sure that you make that decision and getting in for an appointment is extremely luck of the draw. I scheduled my appointment and received paperwork to fill out prior to my appointment. My advice, which is also listed in their documents you sign off on, shave 24-48 hours in advance, make sure you aren't taking any antibiotics, tanning, or pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or breastfeeding, the process is considered safe. When I arrived for my appointment I got there a little early and was instructed to sanitize hands in the bathroom before service can begin. When I checked in, they already had my Groupon on file. This cut out time for me having to search for my voucher to be redeemed. I was super impressed. I ended up being serviced early which I had paid for the Brazilian and back. My technician, who took her time and made me feel extremely comfortable was very patient with me. I enjoyed both treatments so much I added my under-arms for $30. Overall the place was spotless, followed CDC laws in regards to COVID. Made me feel extremely comfortable. Sterilized everything in the room before and after treatment and smooth checkout. The laser does not work. Till the time the treatment process is on; you will see results and the moment you stop, the hair grows back in double and triple amounts. I asked for a refund or use it towards another procedure, they refused. They won't retain customers as their policies are very stringent. Technicians are nice but the fault is of thr machine i guess or the wrong type of laser they used on my skin. For real my face, elbow and bikini doubled the hair as soon as I stopped after taking the required sessions. I guess about 12 I took and I had already done laser hair removal so for me it was a just a touch up that I was doing at Sev, but laser worsened everything. Do enough research before you come here. The check in girl at the front is always super friendly and nice, and you're almost always in and out in less than 15 minutes. With covid, they're taking even more precautions and i love that they're asking u to wash hands, wear a mask and check ur temp and verify symptoms. I just finished my third session and since my hair is thick and usually grows back quick, i have been slow to seen results than normal. But it is working for sure! There are a lot of laser hair studios around. You have options. Go somewhere that doesn't rely on shady business practices to draw in customers and sell them on additional services. The cost of services goes as follows. Smaller areas are cheaper than medium are cheapter than large. But they categorize the areas in a such a way that you will need to mix and match. Bought a groupon for two medium areas. Needed to do a medium and small area. They refused to substitute for a cheaper offering. When I mentioned Groupon doesn't specifically say you can't choose a lower service, said that its stated down in the fine print that treatment areas cannot be altered or substituted under any circumstances. To me, that meant once you've chosen an area, you can't switch areas. They said I had the option of forfeiting the second medium area and paying for the small area out of pocket. For real? In other words: If I bought two medium areas and asked for two small areas. They'd say no. If I bought two large areas and asked for two small areas, they'd say no? What??? Essentially, bait you into a product so you're forced buy other services. There are so many laser hair removal options. I have completed 2 of my 6 treatments so far and have enjoyed both experiences at the location. The front desk girl is extremely nice and helpful and both techs I have seen are friendly, professional and quick! The tech asks a few questions then explains the process, they have been so helpful with any questions I have as well. The best part is that it IS WORKING!! I just had my first session. I was very pleased to see that this is a very clean and modern space. The procedure was really fast. And the technician does turn around so u can get undress and hands u a paper to cover your parts; she also put on gloves and uses a tongue depressor so she doesn't directly touch you. I like that. Very clean way to not transfer germs. A test laser was done to the armpit and the bikini line to see what u can tolerate. And aloe Vera gel was given after to apply to the lasered parts. She does remind you of things not to do immediately after getting lasered. It didn't hurt too bad. I can wait to get the next sessions so I won't have to deal with unwanted hair. I totally recommend it. As far as parking, there was zero spots near by there so I used the garage. No big deal I found a spot right away! The place is suite 120 across from orange theory. I recently moved to Dallas and I would just like to say the Houston location has nothing on the Dallas location. More so the laser tech in Dallas just seemed way more educated on laser hair removal. She took extra steps to make sure my service was perfect and also used the right laser for my skin color. My second session at the Houston location wasn't the best and the tech used a laser that wasn't for my skin color. They aren't bad or anything, but I definitely noticed a positive difference in the service from the Dallas location. read more

I just went for the first time and I literally didn't feel a thing on the highest setting they could go because they use the same technology they use for cryotherapy in conjunction with the laser. I have two friends that have gone here and they both had great results. The best part is how affordable it is. Without a Groupon the underarms and full Brazilian is $100 per treatment, my Groupon package I paid $200 for 6 treatments for both areas TOTAL. I love how it makes it so much more accessible than traditional med spas. The con is that it's a little harder to book on shorter notice.
