In my case, I needed to change rocker panels for both sides, in price was included new rocker panels. For me it looked like nothing had changed, when I asked they told me that everything had been installed, when I ask to show my old rocker panel, they said they cut everything into pieces and couldn't show it. So so be careful and check everything and clarify.

He lets you watch assuming you are not a pain in the ass getting in the way. His labor prices are very low around 67 dollars an hour vs my dealer which is now up to 110 an hour. Honest because I study my truck as a hobby and know what he is talking about when he explains things. Never once over charged for a service even undercharged never round up hours. I been to his shop over 40 times mostly oil changes but also for major work. He also works quickly and does the job right. If you have to have the free coffee and tv to watch then go pay 110 at the dealer but if you want an up front honest mechanic and don't care about all that waiting room fluff then you need to goto Ian. Services all makes and models unless he tells you to goto the dealer example does not have an alignment machine may not be able to flash a PCM but all small shops are in the same boat on that one. Also he has John who I am sure has been doing auto repairs longer then most of you have been alive. If you go anywhere else to get your car, truck or van fixed and I find out I will be mad at you.

Took my Mazda 3 in yesterday to have it looked at and it needed extensive work on the rear brakes. I was taken back into the shop (which is very clean!) and shown exactly what was wrong with my car. I've never had a mechanic do that and I truly appreciated it. They kept my car over night as they needed an additional part. Was able to use a vehicle to run an errand and came back to my freshly washed and repaired car. Max was wonderful!
