We were very concern about the cost of everything because we don't want to spend a big chunk of our money on just wedding pictures, but my wife is a semi-camera whore so she love taking pictures. We did a few package with Jay starting with out door pictures for a few hrs. We all started at 10 A.M. with make-up and dress. Jane was very professional in helping my wife look exactly how she wanted to. Once we headed out to take pictures Jane was nice enough to come along so she can help do touch up between dresses. What was really touching was what Jay did for us. It was the day before Memorial Day Sale for cars, but Jay knew how much we were looking forward to taking pictures that day and needed a big car to hold all the cloths and equipment. Jay decided to buy the car a day earlier even though he knew that the car might be a little bit cheaper if he waited, but he wanted us to have a good experience so he bought a brand new van, and we got to be the first to ride in this wonderful car. We couldn't wait till the photo came out so we constantly called Jay to see when we can take a look at the photo's. Once we saw the results, we know we didn't make a mistake on picking Memory Photo to help us with our wedding picture. Everything came out to be a success, and on our wedding day we were not disappointed with Jay's performance either. It only gets better and better with every shot he takes. I cannot find a picture i didn't like. When it came time to select the photo's we wanted to put into our photo book, we took forever in selecting the few pictures that were allowed. My fiancee and I had our wedding photos taken here a few weeks back and the pictures came out fantastic. The staff was great to work with. KK was extremely helpful in explaining the different wedding packages that were available and gave us all the information we needed to pick the one that worked for us. We ended up going with a 8 hour shoot that included 3 different locations of our choice. Ming, Lisa and KK spent the whole day with us shuttling us to the different locations for the shoot. Ming the photographer has a great eye and shows a lot of attention to details. He's very patient and spent a lot of time getting us into position for the shots. We never felt rushed and he really took a lot of care to ensure the photos came out great. Lisa is super attentive and was very helpful. We were at the shop about an hour prior to shoot so she could do my fiancee makeup and hair. She did a great job on both her hair and makeup. Throughout the day she helped with outfit changes, touching up makeup, fixing our hair and even helping us carry our stuff during the shoot. She would often come in between shots to ensure we're looking our best for the next one. We had a awesome experience with MPG. The staff is fantastic, they're all very nice and you can tell they definitely enjoy what they do. They also put in a lot of effort to ensure we're happy with photo-shoot. Our package was for 3 locations but they took us to a 4th that was near by since we still had some time left. We're really glad they did because photos from the last location turned out to be some of our favorites. I've always loved wedding events so I always volunteer helping friends in their wedding preparation. I am also very particular on hiring vendors. One of my Pinay friends highly recommended to try Memory Photo Gallery. So we did, their studio is not only huge but very professional looking. Soon as we entered the door, we were greeted with big smiles and warm hellos by the staff. We saw a wide range of wedding dresses - short, long and with train - all of them are jaw dropping and when they showed us the albums that they have made for the couples, we were really amazed, the quality is extremely good, I have not seen such in the many wedding events that I have coordinated. I have also compared their prices to other vendors that we contacted, with the quality of work and the service that we got, their prices are more than competitive. They gave us several options to choose which location we want the engagement photos to be taken. I love this gallery. Jay, Maggie and June are very nice and professional. We flew to San Francisco to take engagement photos and we had a great time. Maggie did makeup and we were fully satisfied. We actually have the canvas enlarge upgraded to the biggest and we have a few more edited files given us free of charge simply because we truly and really shares how great the team was and how helpful they have been during the service. We had special request of Milky Way pre weddings photo - I was invited to discuss the shoot directly with the photographer beforehand; they are super professional and able to ex plain to me the whole process. The make artist was super helpful and she recommended on the hairstyle and what to prepare, down to the details of what nail color is the best for the shoot. There are many options for the dress selection and they are patient and let me try many diff style of dresses. We had our wedding pictures taken by Gary this October and we are very happy with his work! Getting pictures taken with Gary was very comfortable because he made us feel completely at ease.
