I have address him as Sir and asked him my questions politely, however, rather then addressing my questions with professionalism, he just shrugged it off and said "I know what I am doing I have 18 years of experience". 2nd: he forgot to mention during his estimate visit, that they will not move any furniture (even a lightweight one). When I asked him, "if you do not move furniture you should have mentioned it during your estimate visit or a day before coming so that we would have been prepared accordingly". And that also, he just shrugged and said you should have asked me. 3rd: The corners of the carpet were dark after the cleaning, and when we asked them why it is not cleaned, he said "I" have to get down on my knees to clean it. The machine wont clean it. With him 18 years of experience he should have mentioned what all he can clean and cannot, but anyways we learned it hard way and honestly didn't wanted to argue with him. After they did cleaning, I have called 2 other professional carpet cleaner and asked if they can get the corners clean and everyone said YES (this is the part of the service) they will themselves scrub it off. I sent them the size of my house and what I was looking for and they sent me a price. I decided to go with them because they were about $50 cheaper then the other cleaners I reached out to. When they got to my house they took a look around and said to do everything I requested would be almost double the price. I was not prepared for a jump that big so I told them I wanted to cancel and then they informed me that it would be a $60 cancellation fee. We then agreed for them to do as much cleaning as they could for the original price. I left my house and came back to a house that was in worse condition. They broke 3 of my blinds, took out a toilet seat screw that they couldn't get back in, moved big pieces of furniture and didn't put it back (office desk, tv stand, etc.), and left piles of dust in my house. I asked them to wipe down the glass in my shower again and without even trying they said there was nothing that they could do. Overall, my house was relatively cleaner but for the price and quality I would've been better off doing it myself. The one consolation was that they admitted to the things they broke and agreed to reimburse me for it. Response to business: I believe I was fair and accurate in my review. Your work did not deserve more than 3 stars. Your employees did not tell me things were broken, I had to search through my house to discover what was broken. That should not be required during a regular cleaning. Your employees broke 3 blinds. You would think after breaking one or two they would stop cleaning them and let me know why, but they did not. The toilet was 100% damaged by your employees. There were no issues until after your cleaning. I also should not have to vacuum dirt piles after your employees leave. I'm happy some your other customers had a good experience, but unfortunately that was not the case for me.
