DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE IDIOTS!!!!!!I am SO regretful I ever called this stupid fraud of…read morea company to come to my house and touch my HVAC system. 3 years later and they have caused me nothing but headaches.   In 2022 during a heat wave our upstairs AC system went out.  Desperate for anyone to come to our house, Green Horizons, was able to come and inspect our system very quickly, which was originally very appreciated.  (stupid stupid stupid)We ended up deciding to replace the entire upstairs HVAC system with a new one through Green Horizons.  The install went terribly. On the day of the original install, it all seemed to be ok until they left.  Within 2 hours we noticed that the AC was NOT working, air was coming out of the vents but it was not even remotely cold, it was clearly just the fan pushing air out, not AC. This was a brand new unit (allegedly) so it was clear that this was an issue with the install itself.  We called them to come and figure out what they had messed up, they came back and did god knows what, saying they fixed the issue. They left, a couple of hours passed and.... it once again stopped working.This series of events went on for literally an entire month.  We had to call them to come and fix their mistakes no less than a dozen times. Not to mention that during all of this there was some sort of leak in our attic that left a stain on our ceiling where the HVAC unit was.  They said they would send someone to paint over the water stain, but this never happened, and by the end of this ordeal I did not care and did not want their incompetent people in my house to mess anything else up.The stain on the ceiling is still there, taunting me, reminding me of how much I hate these people. The overall issues seemed to be resolved until recently.  During the recent heat wave we once again noticed that our AC unit was not pushing out cold air *deep annoyed sigh*.  At this point we have found a new HVAC technician who we actually trust and has done fantastic work - we had him/his team come out to look at the unit, and wouldn't you know it..... there was a soldering issue during install that has been allowing freon to leak out of what should be a closed system, so we are having to have that fixed and having to pay for new freon. I cannot say enough how much this company is the bane of my existence. They actually suck and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. DO NOT COME HERE

Upon assessing the issue, Optimal Plumbing suggested that we call APR to handle the rest of the cleanup. I emailed Bernice at APR, who promptly replied. We then talked by phone briefly so that I could further explain the situation. APR dispatched someone within a hour. Tim and another gentleman were excellent to work with. Tim explained what they would be doing in terms of assessing the crawlspace to help prepare an estimate. Furthermore, he explained how the rest of the process would play out if I chose to move forward with their quote. He was the perfect mix of friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. APR was able to send me an itemized estimate within 2 hours of Tim's visit, and I was happy to move forward with their (very reasonable) quote. Tim and the other employee returned the next business day to complete the cleanup, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job.
