The owner of the local Servpro recommended Elite Restoration Group to fix my house. Troy at Elite Restoration Group is not only knowledgeable as a General Contractor but also is knowledgeable in the Insurance estimate systems and how the Insurance companies intimidate victims of loss. Elite Restoration Group estimated the damages at $77,000 and said there may be more damage but couldn't get permission from the insurance company to ensure there wasn't much more. The so called outside Insurance adjuster returned with an estimate of $35,000. After a threat to use a public adjuster, The insurance company agreed to Elite Restoration Groups estimate. Troy and his team made me feel secure in knowing how and what was to take place throughout the reconstruction process. Elite Restoration Group only selected honest, courteous and knowledgeable subcontractors to complete certain tasks. The process was tedious dealing with banks and insurance companies, though with Elite Restoration Group I knew things would get done properly. Elite Restoration Group worked around my budget constraints being a disabled Veteran and assisted me and making some upgrades, which made my house a home.
