I can't say enough good things about Brad and his team. I was extremely stressed about the laundry…read moreroom/ bedroom closet mold issue, but Brad was kind, thorough, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything in detail and reassured me every step of the way, which put my mind at ease. Brad handled everything from the demolition and mold remediation to the restoration, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. What impressed me even more was how much he genuinely cared. He even deep cleaned my son's bedroom carpet across the hallway just to give me extra peace of mind. That level of attention and compassion is hard to find. We…read moreused All Pro Janitorial Service and truth be told only had the front room done to comply with the minimum requirement. This gave a pretty easy comparison because we had tiles right next to each other that some were done and some weren't. I couldn't tell the difference. It didn't look like anything had been done at all. And to make matters worse, when he left, he left footprints with a sticky, glue-type residue all over the area he "cleaned". His area looked worse than when he arrived! I spent the next 45 minutes and a bunch of wet swiffers cleaning up his mess. So for tile cleaning and grout cleaning, it will not look any better than when you start. Save your money.

RUN!!! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. We hired EE&G for a remodel including an ADA bathroom…read moreremodel, adding ramps outside, and taking out a wall in the kitchen. John was our project manager and told us the whole job should take 4 weeks to complete. The project started in October 2021 and took 6 months to "complete." They never actually completed the job: the punch list was not finished, our home was not cleaned, and we are not satisfied with the work. The zero entry shower was not sloped correctly, meaning water just flowed out of the shower stall into the bathroom and bedroom so it had be redone. The first subcontractor was FIRED after continuously missing deadlines and causing damage to our home to include conducting wall texturing in our living room without protecting any of the furniture or decor. Ultimately, the second subcontractor refused to come back to finish the job and we were told it would take EE&G some time to find someone to finish the work. This was after 6 months of having people in our home for this project. We opted to just end our relationship with them even though they did not complete the project. Even after we thought we were done interacting with this company, we received a text from the second subcontractor who told us that he was putting a lien on our home because EE&G did not pay him adequately.
