Maybe just to illustrate that the old axiom "It's tough to find good help these days," is alive and well on the Space Coast. Or maybe I just want to draw a contrast between crappy service and the incredible 5-star service I've been getting from Space Coast Pools. I think this guy deserves at least 3 stars just for showing up when he says he will and for being communicative beyond what I expected. He earned the other 2 after the fact. I first called Space Coast Pools, and several other Pool Maintenance companies, all of whom I had to leave messages for. (Understood in that I called during the day, when I'm sure they were busy working.) Brandon called me back within an hour. Only one other company even called me back at all and that was several days later. When I ended my call with Space Coast Pools, Brandon thanked me for "the opportunity to 'earn' his business." I think my heart skipped a beat. On our initial meeting my pool looked like a FROG SWAMP. It would not have surprised to see an alligator. Brandon didn't hesitate. He added some things to my pool (without any kind of agreement or contract), gave me a good quote for service and promised to be back Tuesday (it was Saturday) to inspect his work and continue service. Again he thanked me for "the opportunity to 'earn' his business." The very next day our pool was gorgeous. Since then, the pool has never been less than crystal clear and inviting. It was filthy, reeked of smoke, had spill stains, tobacco stains, gunk so sticky I couldn't clean it, and a steering wheel so deeply filthy that it kept staining my shirts even AFTER I tried cleaning it. I had enough and went searching on Yelp to get it cleaned. Antjuan from Splash gave me the best pricing (even knowing the job would be a handful). He came with his son, both were polite and nice, very professional. I showed him the issues with the car. He told me straight upfront that a few of the stains he wasn't sure he could get out completely. I figured as much (they are realllly bad, on the carpeted floor) and told them to just do what they could. They promised to do their best and WOW, did they deliver! He just shared some of the before/after pix here on Yelp and I have no before pix of my own (because ew - I didn't want anyone seeing how bad the poor car was, seriously). In fact they did such a good job that neighbors (who knew what it looked like beforehand) came over and asked for their business card, made arrangements for the father-son duo to clean their vehicles as well. Today I used my car for the first time. It smelled CLEAN. It literally gleamed. They cleaned things that never even occurred to me to clean. It looks like an entirely different (new!) car. For the first time I didn't ruin a shirt by driving in it. Keep in mind that we are talking about (with no exaggeration) 15 YEARS worth of grime, spills, smoke/tobacco that full-on seeped into the plastic of the dashboard, center console, and wheel. i hired rockledge lawns and landscaping because while all the other companies said 2 weeks out for…read moresod installation, he said next day. ( shouldve been my first red flag) the est was on par with the rest, i specified where i did not want my sod bought from, he agreed and came next day. he made a few trips with a pick up with sod on it. ( 2nd red flag) i came out to check a couple of times, there were about 3-4 workers and a woman overseeing them. when they left, the job wasnt finished because he ran out of sod ( 3d red flag) he came next day after noon to finish i noticed many areas with uneven hts of sod, missing sod, yellowed grass, and weird space lines throughout with jig saw lines throughout. now, im not from fla and i did not have any experience with how its supposed to look at installation so i took his word that it was all ok and would " fill in" a week later, after much nurturing, the grass is 60 percent dead looking. i call him to get advice. nothing. 3 wks later, the entire lawn on both sides of my house consisting of holes and bits and pieces ( maybe left overs from anther job?) are more evident and now at 80 percent dead. i call again for the 4th time. no answer no call or text back im running to loews and HD every other day for new sod patches, plugs to fill the holes, remedies, and im out there daily trying to bring back the dead. 4 wks now, still no call backs or answer. i paid them over 4000 cash. for their services and still had trees to plant! dont trust anyone and i should've taken 2 days off of work,watched them like a hawk and demanded the quality work and material that was promised and paid for, but definitely did not get this was a very expensive lesson learned and im considering legal action at this point i hope this post saves even one person from making the same mistake hiring this business, as i did. customers be very wary and do your homework

His hard working crew helped us prepare sandbags before the storm and clear huge amount of debris that the storm left. They arrived on time and brought all of the proper equipment needed including a large trailer to haul away entire downed trees. Before his crew arrived, Angel gave me an advanced estimate so that I knew exactly what the cost would be.
