I had a large stump from a dead palm tree that left a big hump in my front lawn. Owner than tells me in order to come back he needs "overtime pay" for his workers if they need to be careful. What !!!!! I said absolutely not, you looked, bid and accepted you can't change up pricing. No word for days back, we started finishing ourselves. Maria and Uriel knocked on my door by 9 am and went right to work. They removed the palm tree and hauled away the debris in about two hours. Steadfast informed us the technician was on his way, which was appreciated. He tested the sprinklers and marked those with issues and then gave us an estimate for the work. The technician worked late and when finished, explained the control box and shut off for the water. The technician did all that was needed to renew our sprinkler system.
