There was one minor issue--the crew didn't arrive on the originally scheduled day (we assumed it was due to thunderstorms), and no one reached out to confirm. But after I called, they were very responsive and got us back on the schedule quickly. When the crew did arrive, they were on time, professional, and efficient. Despite the one scheduling glitch, we were very impressed and are extremely happy with the results.
