The owner of this company is wanted by Aiken Department of Public Safety and has a currently active…read morefelony arrest warrant. The following events took place after taking my $13,500. Gerald the owner started the process by giving false information to the City of Aiken permit department. Gave wrond building definitions and omitted multiple major structure details from the permit request all together. Automatic roll up door, plumbing details, stairwell, attic decking for storage There was no actual work done at my home as agreed, no materials delivered, he then refused to work under our original contract without $6,000 in additional funds prior to stepping foot on my property tondona single day worth of work. Let's not forget to mention that the demand for additional money was for slab work that was included in the contract. He tried to be slick and I didn't allow it. Later he stated a partial refund was in process. Never gave refund. It is approaching 300 days since he took my money with a smile on his face and then turned in my opinion as what I would best describe as a very spoiled toddler. Tantrums included. I know from my experience that this guy told me what I wanted to hear and flipped his personality after he had my money. This is my personal experience with Gerald and does not reflect how he has treated mutliple other customers that have alleged accounts of his personnal and business behaviors being similar in nature. My situation does not mean that he would treat potential customers the same in the future. What im saying is this.. if it looks like a duck and it quacks like a duck, its a good idea not to feed that duck any of your . Gerald is human he doenst quack so ducks are irrelevant. Just do your research and decide what to do for yourself. My opinion doesnt matter.

Not only did he give me a fair price, he hung a zippered plastic around the whole area I lived in, was more than considerate of my needs, completed the job in the time frame he stated, and did a major extra repair that could not be foreseen at no extra charge. My ceiling is gorgeous. Smooth, white and more than I could have asked for. They left me with no mess to clean up and literally washed a smear that got on my woodwork. Would and do recommend them to everyone I know . They left me feeling like I made a new friend and I am so happy with my home now. Thank you Mr. Ferrara and Deanne!

If you need drywall work in your home or business, look no further. Bill is your guy !! I hired…read moreRock It Drywall Systems to repair my ceilings after our washer flooded our second floor. He came by to look at the job in person and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He expressed his sympathies for my situation and told me he would love the opportunity to fix my ceilings. I could tell this wasn't just another job to him. Bill actually cares about helping his customers. He guaranteed I'd be happy with the outcome and promised to leave my ceilings looking like the damage never happened. I asked him how soon he could start and he said he could start the very next day! By the end of our meeting I knew he was the best person for the job. He was so easy to work with, always professional , always positive, and completed the job expeditiously ! Bill's been doing drywall work for over 40 years and has truly perfected his craft. He did an amazing job covering up my wall and floors to ensure they remained free of paint and debris. Diane, his spouse / business partner swept and mopped for me when he was all done. They make a great team. Don't be discouraged by the fact that Bill doesn't have too many reviews. He's been too humble to ask anyone to leave reviews for him ! But notice that the reviews he does have are great!! I encouraged him to start asking for online feedback from here on out so that people know how great he is at his job! I'm absolutely satisfied with the quality of his service and would 100% recommend him to anyone in need of these services.

Further complicating matters was that I had to find a reliable, trustworthy service company who would do the repair work at a reasonable price and in a timely manner while I was across the country in California. Philip and Mr Steam delivered on these requirements 100 percent! Philip and Mr Steam are extremely professional and do a great job of doing what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. I wish all my service relationships could be as positive! When or if the need arises I will DEFINITELY use Philip and Mr Steam again, as well as strongly recommend them to others who might need their services! Thanks again, Bill J

He was very nice as I was to him as well. I was so excited and grateful to get my carpet cleaned by a professional. They said the job would take approx 3 hours to do. It took him 2 hours to clean a full couch and 3 rooms. He was in a hurry to leave my house after dark to get to a call backs house. He told me it would dry in 1.5 days. On the 4th day my son and I put white socks on to walk on the carpet and it turned our socks dark brown and wet. I said this carpet is not clean. In my bedroom the carpet feels weird. It feels very chalky. I looked it up. Chalkiness after cleaning means there's too much cleaning solution still on the carpet that will eat the fibers and ruin your carpet. I took pictures and called the office saying there are still some stains left and the carpet is chalky, not including the paint stain he said he couldn't get rid of, other stains I believe we're not sprayed. She said I'm not trying to brush you off but the manger is in a meeting he will call you back. Great. I turned my phone off silent and answered every spam call (approx 40 a day) in hopes it was him. NOTHING. I called later in the day, the manager had gone home for the day. I called the next day, the admin said I'm sorry the manger is in a meeting he will call you back in 30 mins. PERFECT! . Waiting for his call he NEVER called. As the day goes by still answering every spam call while I'm at work, I'm getting several text messages from the admin saying sorry for your frustration call the office to solve your issue urgently. But I would call the office and she wouldn't answer the phone. It becomes night time and still no call from the manger. The admin text me a picture of the paint in my carpet that I know won't come out and says "the manager is aware of your frustration and your issue but some carpet is beyond repair. " I said OK so he is ignoring me and refusing to give me a call and what about the chalkiness? She said he will call you tomorrow. I said okay I will believe it when I see it. She said "OK he won't call" WOW. how unprofessional! I told her I was in the process of writing a negative review on Facebook. She said OK and we will respond with the pictures of how utterly filthy your carpet was when we got there. We have 14 years of 5k satisfied customers. I wrote the review and then was blocked from Facebook. I still have not received a call from the manager and this is the third day of me waiting. I'm not asking for a miracle here and I'm not asking for my carpet to be restored to look brand new. I'm asking for professionalism, which would be a callback from the manager in a timely manner. The chalkiness removed from my carpet in some areas. And the stains that aren't paint to be sprayed because I believe Chris didn't spray all the stains and what stains are left are the ones he didn't spray. But these responses and not getting a call back to explain to the manager myself what I'm asking for is completely unprofessional and not " top-tier Rated #1 Service". Her telling me that in 14 years y'all have 5000 satisfied customers tells me I should be contempt with what I got and that you don't make any mistakes.
