They came out and did a quick assessment and had the pricing ready in different price packages that I could mix and match. The difference is the discount you get based in what you want done. I needed gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation, roof debris removal, and home soft wash. It was 20% off the full pricing of getting each done individually. The process was quick and they did a good job with noticeable difference afterwards. No more green algae in the side of the house and the gutter guards have worked really well. I don't have a ton of experience with this stuff but I felt the pricing was fair. I've already recommended to a couple of friends. They will take all of your belongings, and throw away things without consulting you. They won't properly inventory your possessions, then they'll misplace things of all value and size -large and small, cheap and valuable. We were reassured many times that they wouldn't throw things away without our consent. They have tried to throw away some perfectly good things, and then when we requested items to be returned but they still disposed of them. Their employees will steal valuable things or at least try to! They even tried to dispose of my daughter's bible -an engraved gift from her now deceased grandmother- it is in pristine condition and is one of the items from our "unsalvageable list" that they wanted to trash but we requested it to be returned and they did, but many other irreplaceable things they did not return when they should've. They will hold your belongings hostage until your insurance company pays for the cleaning of it- our cleaning bill- just for things removed from our home was $24,000, and guess what- THEN THEY BROUGHT IT BACK FIVE WEEKS AFTER REQUESTED WITH HALF OF IT STILL COVERED IN SOOT AND DUST!!! $24,000 just for cleaning contents and they didn't even do half the work. They repeatedly delay and then charge your insurance more for storage when the delay is their doing. They will hire subpar subcontractors that damage your home- the painters applied latex paint to our oil based painted trim. No one truly takes accountability for problems they just make one excuse after another or shift the blame to another employee or department. I am not going to leave out that they have done a few things properly, but what they have done wrong far outweigh those. I would never hire this company again. Those who have failed the most are their contents team, management and the owners. Brian, Wyatt and Roy were all in our home for mitigation , they worked hard and were very polite. Brian was misleading about some of the documents he had me sign right after our fire- and now their general manager is trying to use those against us... saying we gave them permission to dispose of anything they wanted to, yet verbally and in text, they reassured us repeatedly that nothing would be thrown out without our permission. Nicole in billing wasn't good with communication in the beginning but turned it around and was very helpful. Our fire was April 5th, it's September 19th and our job still isn't quite done, we have had servpro working at our house less than 30 days total...since April. These photos are a fraction of our contents that they were paid $24,000 to clean that wasn't even touched. The last two photos are of things they brought to my home that belong to someone else. They all should be ashamed, but they are far from it, even arrogant when responding to the problems they've caused.

Started this process in December of last year and basically told them to leave the project after 10 months of delays and errors made by the subs they had performing the work. Too many to list, but here goes: Ordered new cabinets and counters but they reinstalled the old ones including the old sink and faucet. Then, when they finally installed brand new counters and cabinets, these were cut short due to mis-measuring. They did not put in new subfloor to replace what they removed from the original. Spilled paint on hardwood and did not clean it up. Cut the dryer vent off when installing hardwood floors and kicked the stub out into the crawlspace. Overspray on windows and outlets when painting. Stuffed plastic and other trash into floor registers/vents. Did not rehang interior doors. Did not clean up after the work was completed. Just a completely unprofessional organization in every sense of the word.

We have several animals in the house and one elderly cat in particular who had made a certain corner of the carpet her preferred bathroom spot. We had tried several methods for removing the smell, from vinegar to baking soda to enzyme cleaners. Nothing was able to truly remove the smell, as is was in the carpet pad below the carpet. We called S&S on the recommendation of a neighbor who had utilized their services for similar reasons. The service provided by Mr. Sherman was top-notch. Not only was he able to come out to service our carpet within 48 hours, but he actually removed the old, soiled carpet pad, cleaned the carpet from the underside-up, and did it all within a span of two hours. The carpet looks like new and the odor is gone! He did all of this for a price that we felt was well below what we were expecting to pay. We cannot recommend this company highly enough and will not be using anyone but S&S for our carpet cleaning needs from this point forward.

Colton came and went over everything with me. We also added guards to a small front gutter. He was really easy to communicate with and really listened to what I wanted. I can't say enough about the work he and his assistant did. Our house is 20+ years old, but the color he used and the installation was a perfect match and they look as if they have always been there which really made my husband happy.
