Super impressed by the last minute appointment I got, the professionalism, and the quality of work that was done. Harrison showed up exactly on time, he was super friendly and answered all my questions. My roommates dog has been having accidents in the house and after Harrison left we walked through the house and we're just amazed. The carpets look brand new and it smells absolutely wonderful in here! 3 bedrooms and a hallway were cleaned and on the way out he even did my rugs by the front door! I would have paid 4 times as much as I did going with Stanley steamer or any other company. They take cash-app and Venmo which was convenient of not having to run to the store to get cash. The worst of the worst! If I could give a negative 100 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. We had them come clean our carpet. What we agreed upon was for them to clean our stairs, the upstairs hallway, and three bathrooms. All of that was cleaned in about 20 minutes. When I looked the job they just did, I told them that I was not happy with the finished job. The owner who never said anything to make me a little impressed with their customer experience, told me that he was going to call the police. When I asked why he would be doing that he told me that he was going to make a report of their work. I just told him that I would pay him and didn't want to ever see or do business with them. Worst carpet cleaner in the marketplace. Guy took 20 minutes to run through my place and when I voiced a complaint about it he began making excuses. I don't accept excuses from someone that is a supposedly a professional. I have been in the real estate business for 15 years and have worked with many different carpet cleaners in the area and I can assure you that this outfit is not worth the price of admission. Keep in mind folks you pay for what you get and in my case I got screwed out of $90. The owner tried to contact me and come back to redo the job and then postponed until the next day. Then he tried to postpone again and I said forget it just refund my money. He told me that they don't do that and that he would be happy to redo the job. I told him no that I wanted to get a refund and why would I have to ask a so called professional to come do a job all over again. He got insulted and asked if I was threatening him and that he would meet me in a parking lot if that's the attitude I was going to take. What a joke. Not only does their cleaning service suck but so does their customer service skills. Basically I know that I will never see that $90 again but if I can keep others from having to put up with idiots like these guys then that is worth the $90 to me. Scam artists. read more

Never, ever use these guys! What waste of money. I could have done better with my little in home cleaner. For two hallways, a den and three bedrooms he was he a grand total of 15 minutes. If I could leave negative 5 stars, it would be too good for this company. They did the upstairs of my 1800sq ft house in less than 15 minutes and left without so much as a thank you, have a nice day or go to hell. They also left my front door standing wide open. We went upstairs to view their work and found dog vomit stains from the previous day still there, along with many other areas we felt should have come clean so we broke out our own steam cleaner and the spots came right up. Worst of all, the water from our steam cleaner was filthy, indicating they didn't really clean much, if anything. We spot cleaned several other areas and found the same results - filthy water, dark spots and stains removed. All of this was filmed and will be uploaded to this site shortly for your viewing pleasure. Within 10 minutes of them leaving, I had sent an email through the company website and my wife called. We didn't receive a response until Tuesday, at which point the 'owner', Mark, claimed 'I don't check emails, my dad set that up 20 years ago'. Mark was very rude, condesending and even mocked my wife with an 'oh, you have video, I'm scared' when informed that we had filmed the entire episode. Some of his comments included: 'you let them leave, so it's your fault', 'we'll come back out but we won't come when you want us to, you'll have to be available when we get there' and best of all, 'I'm not giving you your money back'. Well, guess what Mark? My bank has already given me my money back and they will be coming to you to get their money back very shortly. And, while my videos may not 'scare' you, I certainly hope they will deter others from hiring your worthless company that mocks their customers and refuses to stand behind their work. Instead of insulting your customers, you may want to consider addressing the poor work that your employees are doing, thus giving YOUR company a bad reputation. read more

It was one of the best services that I've ever encountered. Mark, the owner, showed up on time and was excellent. The entire house was immaculately cleaned and he did an excellent job....not just by my account but also by my professional house cleaner. He then went above and beyond what the service contract called for and helped me turn on the water supply to the house while I was out of town. ZERO ZERO ZERO IS THE STAR RATING.....This business is a NO NO. I was clearly swendled out of $95.00. On May 1st two guys showed up at my home at approximately 10:55 and was done with my master bedroom, hallway, great room and dining room @ 11:15 or so with one operating the machine and the other carring the hose. They started in the master bed room pointed out a couple of spots that they would not be able to clean and continued to clean the carpet. About a third of the way through asked if i would like for him to continue as i watched and him put effort in cleaning the carpet. The second I agreed to have him continue the rest of the cleaning was done as if he was just vaccuming. Shortly before he was done with the dining room the partner asked for the payment. I PAID CASH. The carpet was so soak and wet it took more than 12 hours to dry. I called back the company number 706-868-9222 in which I spoke to, to schedule and hire for the job not long after they left, at that timeiwas in route back to work and let him i was not satisfied and would call him back once i get home after 4 pm. He said ok we have other trucks and i can send someone else and made it sound like he would do whatever needed to fix the problem. I get home a lil bit before 5pm to find the carpet still soaked and looking like i had cleaned it myself with a rug doctor. When i called back he listened to my complaint and stated that all the calls had been routed to him for the weekend and he was the guy that cleaned my carpet. I let him know i would call back on Monday to speak to someone else. Monday comes I call the company # guess who i get. YESS THE SAME CROOK that i had been dealing with. He was RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. He told me once i paid my money they would not send any else out nor was he coming back. LESSON LEARNED DO EVER PAY CASH.
