I received the gold plus carpet cleaning and was not disappointed. The technician was so lovely, and paid attention to the little things, like keeping the door closed as much as possible. The pretreatment, cleaning and deodorizer, and guard didn't take as long as I thought it would. He wore a mask the whole time and explained what to expect next, and why a few spots didn't come out but got significantly lighter. The carpets look night and day better and smell fresh, not chemically. Definitely worth it. read more

He does excellent work, comes when expected, and left our bathroom looking as good as the day it was installed. We had some stains on part of floor from leaching minerals from the marble veins due to excessive moisture but he was able to advise us on lightening them prior and they look so better. It only affected a couple of tiles directly in front of the shower opening so is not very noticeable. We would definitely contact him again or refer him for his excellent work and eye for detail.

He was very nice as I was to him as well. I was so excited and grateful to get my carpet cleaned by a professional. They said the job would take approx 3 hours to do. It took him 2 hours to clean a full couch and 3 rooms. He was in a hurry to leave my house after dark to get to a call backs house. He told me it would dry in 1.5 days. On the 4th day my son and I put white socks on to walk on the carpet and it turned our socks dark brown and wet. I said this carpet is not clean. In my bedroom the carpet feels weird. It feels very chalky. I looked it up. Chalkiness after cleaning means there's too much cleaning solution still on the carpet that will eat the fibers and ruin your carpet. I took pictures and called the office saying there are still some stains left and the carpet is chalky, not including the paint stain he said he couldn't get rid of, other stains I believe we're not sprayed. She said I'm not trying to brush you off but the manger is in a meeting he will call you back. Great. I turned my phone off silent and answered every spam call (approx 40 a day) in hopes it was him. NOTHING. I called later in the day, the manager had gone home for the day. I called the next day, the admin said I'm sorry the manger is in a meeting he will call you back in 30 mins. PERFECT! . Waiting for his call he NEVER called. As the day goes by still answering every spam call while I'm at work, I'm getting several text messages from the admin saying sorry for your frustration call the office to solve your issue urgently. But I would call the office and she wouldn't answer the phone. It becomes night time and still no call from the manger. The admin text me a picture of the paint in my carpet that I know won't come out and says "the manager is aware of your frustration and your issue but some carpet is beyond repair. " I said OK so he is ignoring me and refusing to give me a call and what about the chalkiness? She said he will call you tomorrow. I said okay I will believe it when I see it. She said "OK he won't call" WOW. how unprofessional! I told her I was in the process of writing a negative review on Facebook. She said OK and we will respond with the pictures of how utterly filthy your carpet was when we got there. We have 14 years of 5k satisfied customers. I wrote the review and then was blocked from Facebook. I still have not received a call from the manager and this is the third day of me waiting. I'm not asking for a miracle here and I'm not asking for my carpet to be restored to look brand new. I'm asking for professionalism, which would be a callback from the manager in a timely manner. The chalkiness removed from my carpet in some areas. And the stains that aren't paint to be sprayed because I believe Chris didn't spray all the stains and what stains are left are the ones he didn't spray. But these responses and not getting a call back to explain to the manager myself what I'm asking for is completely unprofessional and not " top-tier Rated #1 Service". Her telling me that in 14 years y'all have 5000 satisfied customers tells me I should be contempt with what I got and that you don't make any mistakes.

We were impressed by her reviews here and on Google and her rapport which was delineated, it seems, by way of her reviews. She was at times overly helpful, communicative, and endorsed professionalism. However, more recent interactions with her have tainted that representation and, in our view, her professionalism. She reached a point in the business relationship where she is unjustifiably offended and makes decisions for you without initially consulting you, and I believe it is because she is a one-woman show and needs help executing. There were a few instances where she wasn't going to be finished cleaning the home in time for check-in of our guests despite being scheduled and informed ahead of time and there was a time when she was still there cleaning when the guests checked in, which is a big no-no in the short-term rental space. Yet, believing in second chances, we continued to utilize her services because we believe, strongly, in supporting Black-owned and woman-owned businesses because we are the one of the same. We always paid her within a couple of hours of receiving her invoices and in full. Her responses to us started to become flippant and misplaced. She made a decision at her last clean for us to take linens from the home without our directive to do so, stating that she would clean them at her own home. We kindly stated to her that was not necessary and she proceeded to, again unjustifiably, respond to us that we thought we were "better than her" and that "her home is clean." We were remarkably taken aback because we never insinuated that her home wasn't clean and she became angry with us for a decision she made without first consulting us. After that text message intercourse, she abruptly resigned and stated that she "no longer wanted to approach the premises." We kindly accepted her decision. We therefore made plans to which she agreed to return our linens that she unilaterally removed from the home and our keys since she resigned, and then she abrupted decided after agreeing that she didn't want to do that and that we were "inconveniencing her." Mind you, she made sure to abruptly resign after she received her payment from us of $825 after delivery of services for the week, which would be her final payment. We never once tried to inconvenience her. We never once did anything to make her feel less than. We never once treated her with any ounce of disrespect or disgrace. We appreciated her and conveyed that to her often. I feel what will impact her ability to sustain a reputable and scalable business is her inability to exhibit emotional intelligence in her dealings with her customers/clients. She would also benefit from hiring additional staff to help her achieve operational excellence focused on efficiency. Finally, she credits herself with the success of our AirBNB as if she were a business partner instead of someone we hired to perform a service. That is all we did and were doing. She took it as more. She was not a business partner and if you hire her company beware of her overattachment and overinvolvement in how you run your business. At the end of the day, we wish her nothing but the best and optimal success, but we just didn't have time for the aggravation from communicating and dealing with her later in this relationship. There are too many cleaning services who would be glad to provide the services we need.
