Joshua Burton is the current project manager. The wrong ceder siding was ordered and delivered Sep 2025 and we are still waiting. Mind the 14 months of incompetence and shenanigans. This is the most up to date information. In the past, when we complained about these very issues we were called ungrateful, other times "just wanting perfection" and even "your house isn't even that nice!" Devin Smith personally said this. He even tried to bully us with faith and get us to terminate the contract (he has a 30% buried in the contract if you cancel.)it's been a roller coaster and we riding it out because we want the work that was paid for and we have them under contract! We've continually asked for updated information regarding the new siding order and been told it's at the insurance level for the difference. My question is, if you ordered the wrong stuff and are liable, just order the correct stuff and install it and get the check for the difference. This is a contracting company with money. This is the money story that we've been hearing for over 18 months with shoddy work that needed to be redone 2-4x over. You can also reference the DOJ if you have questions on why this seems so off.
