Edit: got a call from the manager Benjamin who I explained in detail the situation and he understood. Is willing to work with me to correct the situation and really seemed like he cared! He didn't ask me to but I'm changing the rating since his customer service is great! The store really does have an amazing selection of product as well!

Our contractor asked us to buy all of our materials prior to starting our bathroom remodel. We went here, worked with a different store manager, ORDERED our tile, had to wait due to supply chain issues, picked it up when they called. Then our contractor had to finish up a job-which lasted longer than expected(out of our control). He did our job, we had about 4 1/2 boxes of unused tile-floor and wall (20% overage we were told to buy by the store!). I tried to return the tile as soon as we possibly could only(literally the same day the contractor finished laying the floor) only to be told our returns were not eligible due to time and policy change. How convenient. I even asked if they would issue a store credit with a re-stocking fee which I was kind of expecting. Nope. Furthermore the "new" sore store manager offered no help and she copped an attitude when I said that my "discount" was almost equal to the amount I was returning when I asked the value. The tile took time to order from the store, the contractor took longer than expected, but we were never notified by Tile Shop that the terms of the return had changed! Shady a$$ people here now-you've been warned! Sub-standard tile and NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!! Another Huge WATCH -OUT....the entire sales staff and management we dealt in the beginning with were no longer employed at the store (4-months later)!! It's too late for me now-DON'T SHOP HERE!!!

He said he would be at my house between 4-5pm. I planned my afternoon around that. When he still hadn't shown up by 6pm I called him and he acted like it was no big deal to him. He said "maybe he could come tomorrow". He obviously thinks his work is so good that he can treat potential customers that way. Think again Clay! There are lots of tile installers out there. Good luck staying in business!

A total of 51 years of knowledge and experience was combined and focused like a laser toward developing a superior bathroom, kitchen and hard surface remodeling company. We are very aware of the good and the bad tile and stone installations that home owners experience. Over the years, we have made mistakes ourselves. We have learned and improved with every one of those errors. That is the reason that years of experience helps any company's performance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I hired Floor Pro to perform a…read moredeep cleaning on my hardwood floors. The service was contracted with the understanding that the work would involve only a steam/deep cleaning and no resurfacing or sanding. The agreed-upon price for this service was $450, which I considered reasonable given the scope of the job. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was severely deficient. Upon completion, the floors appeared incomplete, with visible damage in multiple areas. Specifically, the protective coating was stripped away in patches, and there are at least four sections where the wood itself has been excessively abraded or sanded, resulting in exposed flakes, splinters, and uneven surfaces. In contrast, other portions of the floor showed no evidence of having been cleaned at all. I contacted Floor Pro to inspect the damage and requested a resolution. In response, they proposed to repair the issues by buffing and sealing the entire downstairs floor at a discounted rate of $6,200. This offer raises serious concerns about their business practices, as it appears to escalate a simple cleaning job into a far more extensive and costly repair. I cannot help but question whether the initial damage was intentional, designed to coerce customers into additional, higher-priced services. This experience has left me with damaged floors and a significant loss of trust in the company. I am available to provide any additional details, including photos of the damage, upon request.
