There was no steam cleaning or machine scrubbing of the bathroom tile. Because of the design, the only way to be sure it is clean is to scrub it. Upon checking the tile was still dirty. I have tried to contact Sir Grout and ask them to look at the result but they don't answer my call or emails. All they really did was apply a colored sealer on top of the existing grout. The recommended detergent for mopping the tile doesn't do anything to remove the dirt. We are very disappointed.

The cleaners helped me move some small furniture and cleaned around the big furniture. After 3 hours my carpets are almost dry. I have to do move out cleanings every 1-3 years when I move for work and I think the truck systems get the carpets a little cleaner. These cleaners use a truck-less system. A few comments on customer service: I called around town getting quotes and when I called back a second time to book, they did not realize I had called once before and quoted me $30 more than the original quote. When I mentioned it, they did honor the lower price. But they did not honor the Yelp voucher I bought. Hopefully Yelp will refund it.
