This was the very first time my family had experienced anything like this since we owned the house, and had no experience in anything including disaster response, clean up, or calling and claiming insurance. Jared was extremely nice and helpful to my parents, told my parents exactly what goes into the estimation and what any insurance would be able to (but will never inform them) to cover.
