Then he switched the diverter valve to the next drainfield. I had risers on each tank the cost was $599.12. Dan the service tech who did this work and he arrived on time as promised at 8 am. Dan offered some helpful suggestions to prolong the life on my system such as how I can perform some simlpe maintenance. I was worried about my cement tank condition, and Dan made a good assessment of the condition of the tank. I am happy with Dans work and polite attitude. I will Call Fuller to service my tanks again.

Unfortunately, he cannot be contacted directly. Conflicting knowledge amongst employees isn't comforting. Communication is lacking, and a company is as good as the individuals managing the office. Nichole has proven herself inconsistent, lacking knowledge, or the interest in being helpful, and remarkably unprofessional when concerns are addressed. Never have we experienced a person speak so condescendingly or immaturely when confronted with legitimate issues. I guess customers are just supposed to be okay with being blown off after their job has not been completed.... after several weeks of having to wait. Professionalism makes a big difference. Confidence has been lost.
