Janice was very communicative throughout the process, providing ideas and sketches while she was planning everything out. The day of, the venue we booked decided to cut our setup time short because there was a party that booked lunchtime and was running late. Despite this setback, Janice and her team were there on time working on setting up while the restaurant workers were cleaning up. I can only imagine how chaotic it must have been, but everything was setup on time and came out beautiful! The theme was like XLB on CNY, and Janice ran with the idea and brought it to life. We loved the addition of the fans and flowers! There were also some lanterns that they were able to attach onto the walls that added to the theme, but we forgot to take pictures of them. Overall great experience working with Janice and extremely happy with the result.

Over the next two years of planning, Abby and her team brought our ideas to life and helped to make our dream wedding a reality. Design: We told Abby we wanted an "East Meets West" theme that blended our cultures in a way that felt modern and elegant, a tough balance that could've easily come off as cheesy in if executed poorly. But Abby nailed it of course, her design sense is unreal. From color palettes and floral choices to the way she tied together modern décor with cultural elements, everything was cohesive and elevated. She has an incredible eye for detail and always found creative, out-of-the-box ways to make our ideas work. The end result was a wedding that felt truly felt like us! Communication: Throughout the entire process, Abby and her team were consistently on top of communication. She kept us updated between meetings, sent friendly reminders, and made sure we were always aligned on next steps. It's easy for things to slip through the cracks when planning something this big, but Abby kept everything organized and stress-free. We never once felt out of the loop, she was always calm, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. Vendor Management: Abby's vendor management skills are next level. The first time I called Susan to interview her, she was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She really knows a lot about weddings, venues, and has a really great eye on what makes decorations pop. I got the Month of Coordination Package and Susan quickly became one of my closest confidants during the wedding planning process. She was constantly responsive through phone, text, and email and she would even give me her opinion on wedding decorations. Things that i just absolutely loved about Susan were her recommendations/preferred vendors, her attention to detail, experience, and just her passion and love to help people plan their big day. I always felt relieved after talking to Susan because I knew I would be in great hands. About a month before my wedding, I started working with Reneice as my wedding coordinator and I was afraid because I had worked so closely with Susan, but Reneice also had a great attention to detail and came very experienced as well. I honestly didn't know how much I needed a wedding coordinator, but the day of the wedding, Reneice was just there for me. She kept my wedding moving forward, helped the photographer get shots in, would continue to check on me and make sure that whatever I needed I got. I absolutely loved my wedding and was on such a high during and after it ended and I really think it's because of Eventive Moments. There was probably so many little things that I didn't think I needed, but they covered and really helped to alleviate stress and allow me to enjoy my once in a lifetime moment. Luckily for us, Susan was a regular vendor at the venue (The Lodge at Malibou Lake) we had just booked, and we instantly fell in love with her! She went above and beyond being our month of coordinator and walked us through every little detail on our wedding day. Throughout all of our conversations, she was so passionate and detail oriented! I never once felt stressed through the wedding process, because everything was so detailed on our wedding spreadsheet that she made. All of our vendors commented that our wedding timeline was perfect (which she also made herself)! A couple months before our wedding, Susan had informed us that she was going to have Caitlin take the lead and become our month of coordinator. We were initially worried because we had been working with Susan the entire time leading up to the wedding. But, Caitlin was ALSO amazing. She took the lead and reached out to all of our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. On the day of our wedding, we had a couple of little snags and problems - Caitlin was IMMEDIATELY there to resolve any issues and kept us calm throughout the entire day. She kept all the vendors on schedule and our wedding ceremony/reception ran so smoothly! Lastly in regards to the flowers, we had so many people come up to us to comment on how gorgeous our flowers were. Susan really took everything we envisioned and brought it to life. We truly can't thank Eventive Moments enough for making our wedding perfect.
