I booked the Chino location for my daughter's sweet 16 for 80 people and it was perfect! Sean and Diana were easy and great to work with. The space is already nicely decorated without me needing to bring anything extra which was so nice. We really appreciated that they allow you to bring all your own drinks/alcohol and supply you with a bartender, unheard of nowadays while looking for venues. Venue was beautiful. However, my cousin and our family were treated very rudely, with lots of attitude and impatience. When my cousin wanted to spend a few minutes to practice her dance inside the hall, they were told that they were doing too much and needed to relax because they wanted to practice and slightly moved the tables. Did they not pay money for the venue? Why are you telling them what to do. If it's our event, why would it matter if the tables were moved for just a moment? Additionally, the venue didn't know how to work their own tv and required people from our family to figure it out. If we're paying to host our own event, why are you so controlling over how things are placed? Pretty unprofessional if you ask me. read more

My daughter's dance studio held their annual Father Daughter Dance at DianaSparkle Banquet Hall. Beautiful decor and lighting inside. Came equipped with all the tables and linens needed. Just had to set our centerpieces Preset DJ booth made it easy to set up for dancing. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Being how it's covid, she promised us she would not cancel the event, and stayed true to her word! I was ready to give up on the idea of a baby shower. Since it's early March, the weather is always unpredictable, so I knew we needed to have an indoor event, which is nearly impossible in the times we live in. Diana and her staff did a wonderful job! All 80+ of our guests fit inside comfortably, had great bar service, and the food was served to everyone at their tables. The inside of this venue is absolutely gorgeous. I am an event planner and my client chose the Chino location for her birthday party in 2020, however because of the pandemic we were not able to have the event. We did inquire about a refund and were not given that option due to the policies, and instead offered a credit towards a future event instead. Fast forward to July 2023, I reached back out to Diana regarding the credit and asked that it be applied towards a different event. Diana honored the previous credit and provided another location option for us to use that credit. My client had a surprise 50th Birthday party and we booked the Corona location. Diana called me before my event and went over all of the details we wanted, the contract, and the policies, as well as answered my thousand and one questions. The Corona venue is beautiful! They have a seperate cocktail area which provides another space for your guests to mingle. In the cocktail area, the bartender served drinks, and we chose to put up a photo booth as well. There are two bathrooms down the hall and the space itself is pretty big. The bathrooms were very clean and the area is definitely a vibe with greenery and a large mirror, perfect for a photo op or selfie! In the main room, the curtains have strobe lights and you can choose the available colors that you would like to project, we chose red. There was an area to put gifts and the DJ has its own private area for setup. There is also another bathroom in the main room as well. The tables were all set up when we got there just as Diana stated. There was a cake table area that had number marquee letters and it was very pretty. They were not sure if they would be able to provide the number 50 for the birthday girl however, Sean our onsite coordinator got the job done! Thank you so much, Sean. Sean texted us the day before letting us know who he was and providing his number so that we could reach out if we had any questions. On the day of our event the DJ that my client booked canceled, we reached out to Diana to see if they had speakers but she did not. However, Diana did reach out to a list of 30+ Dj options and my client was able to find an option that was within her budget. Miguel Diana Sparkle's DJ saved the day! Thank you so much, Miguel. Diana went above and beyond and I truly appreciated that! Especially as a business owner myself, I truly appreciate the little things. The staff were consistently checking in on us and the guests, and they were able to help me with setting up, the bartenders Kyle and Vanessa were thee best and they communicated with me when we were running low on alcohol. Ultimately it was a one-stop shop for all of my event needs, which is an event planner's dream! The Birthday Girl had a blast and we were extremely pleased overall with DianaSparkle and the Corona location. Thank you Diana and all of the staff, you made my job seamless. We held our company holiday party for over 80 people at DianaSparkle. We planned our holiday party very last minute but Diana was able to accommodate us and host an awesome party. The location was nice and clean, there was plenty of parking in the parking lot. We ordered the Italian menu that consisted of salad, lasagna and pasta. We had our daughters' quinceanera here last weekend. From the beginning, Diana was very easy to communicate with. She was always available by phone or text. It was easy to go and visit the site, and take pics as needed. She also had recommendations for vendors. We found our DJ through her. The prices and policies are very clear and simple-no hidden fees. It seemed like a high price, but when compared to other venues where we would have to do all the work, it was a good deal. The room is beautiful with white sheer curtains covering all the windows and wall space. There are many white wood accents, Uplighting and a lovely chandelier make the room very warm and inviting. The green leaf wall, flowers hanging in the bar area, and wood accents in the restroom area make for an overall elegant effect. I chose to not add any additional decor like balloons, etc because the room did not need anything more. All packages include table linens and she has a good variety of colors and they are good quality. Set up, clean up, security, and bartender is included. We got the package that also included all table goods, sodas and water, servers and food. The food was very good and when comparing prices if we had brought in our own food, it was a good value. Also she does not collect a security deposit. Her policy is that if something breaks or gets dirty she just fixes or replaces. That gave us peace of mind as we weren't worried all night about spending extra money if something happened. We only had to provide our dessert, centerpieces and alcoholic beverages. I was able to bring in everything the night before and see the room all set up. On the day of the party I asked for a few changes to be made and they were very accommodating. When we arrived the room was beautiful and a very comfortable temperature, staff was in place, and drinks were already being set out for guests. Food service was prompt and they continued to serve our guests for over 2 hours as some people were late. They were quick to clean up used dishes and had a friendly attitude throughout. Kyle was a great bartender, Eli was very helpful as the point person and main waiter, and Jasmine was great at prepping the plates. The young man doing security friendly and polite also. At the end of the evening it was easy to gather all of our stuff and leave while they did all the clean up. I would highly recommend this venue for your next event! read more

Make sure she takes your money first and then provids you with a contract that is sent to you filled out already with your name without ever giving her permission to do so. She responds to your comments with lying saying you're threatening her when there was no threat, there are screenshots of texts emails pictures with non-existing threats towards her she is a phony ,she would take your money and give you very poor Services ,very poor draping, her cushions on her chairs are torn her servers are the same ones who are bartending. Very small venue so you cannot fit in any Caterers and if you do get a band you are limited space it's not worth it save yourself the time. Her deals can't be beat plus she has recommendations to other vendors. The waiters, security guards and everyone involved were sweet and professional. She was very demanding and did not even give us enough time to set up for that party. And even then, moved all of our decorations after we left on the actual day of the party.
