Their Korean shaved ice, called Bingsu, is made with milk ice instead of regular ice, so it's incredibly soft, creamy, and milky. It literally melts in your mouth. I've tried the taro, chocolate, and strawberry flavors so far. My absolute favorite is the mango, but unfortunately it's out of season right now. Each bingsu comes with condensed milk on the side so you can drizzle more on top if you like it sweeter. The portions are huge, one order is definitely enough to share between two people. It's the perfect dessert after dinner. For me, this is the best bingsu spot in Las Vegas, and I highly recommend stopping by if you're craving something refreshing and unique. You've got to try it!
