They were hollow and grout was already cracking. The LVP were laid in half of the house with many many errors leaving the floors incomplete and needing to be pulled up completely and relaid. He refused to listen to my concerns and request for repairs. He then left the jobsite on 12/02 and did not return. He refused to finish the work correctly and refused to refund any of my deposit. I am now out cost in labor and extra cost in flooring that I will have to replace. He is also refusing to pay his employees, and leaving my home unliveable. If someone recommends this guy RUN the other way. He does not care nor does he back his work or respect the homeowners property. He left trash all over my house and my yard, cutting wood INSIDE my home leaving dust and wood piece on the ground laying wood floor over it. Now I would like to take a moment to recognize and acknowledge how difficult these jobs can be and show extra appreciation for the attention to detail and the dedicated time that is taken to complete some of the cleaning jobs. Also to point out to the general public that not all smudges can be wiped off without removing paint...which isn't a cleaners job. Dusting doesn't include dusting and then deep scrubbing with wet rags. Wiping down walls doesn't mean wiping down walls and then having to use a mop and bucket to deep scrub the food splatters that appear to be caked on to a wall. Cleaning windows and mirrors doesn't include having to use a razor blade to scrape off paint before you can Windex and wipe clean. Of course I am not saying these things cannot be done...I am just saying the for a company, TIME IS MONEY AND MONEY IS TIME and all of those additional items take more time therefore the general public should acknowledge that these particular "upgrades" to a cleaning service...will cost more money. He never ran any lines or did any testing at all, just decided on the worst possibility and reported it to tje company as fact. It took us weeks to get a plumber in who would actually LOOK at the issue. The out line had been run over by a riding mower. It was foind and fixed in 2 hours, for less than $1,500 by MIKE'S PLUMBING. They were amazing. This was a year ago. Dan JUST CALLED ME, wanting to know who I am, why my number showed up in his call log, and then accused me of being involved in some sort of scam with his former assistant, who had been kind enough to help me get Dan's fraudulent diagnosis removed from my account. Do not use this guy. He is dishonest, unresponsive and was really aggressive and rude.
