We called them due to an emergency; we had water over flow upstairs dripping down through the downstairs ceiling and within a few hours of being called they immediately began to set up equipment and dry out my home before any real damage like molds or rotting drywall could occur. Working with Brandon at Assurance Restoration was the best experience I have ever had when working…read morewith a contractor. Brandon seriously went above and beyond for me when I was buying my first home. We were on a tight deadline and Brandon rearranged his schedule to make sure he could get his crew out in time to replace our roof. When they came out, not only did they replace our roof with top of the line Malarkey shingles with a price that came in lower than competitors, but it only took them half a day to complete and it looked great. Brandon also took extra time to write a letter to our mortgage company with his expert opinion regarding our attic and crawlspace that ended up saving us thousands of dollars. Brandon was fun to work with, affordable, timely, and I will definitely be using him again in the future! 10/5 Stars!!

Ladies and gentlemen, look no further. If you are looking to have a knowledgeable crew "on your…read moreside", helping you mitigate issues or making your dream home improvements come true, I implore you to pick up the phone and call Bruce and Lisa at All in 1. I have been working with Bruce for three months, and have so much to share. First of all, I bought an old house with a lot of unforeseen issues on top of my planned upgrades. Every day I had more items to add to my list of "must fix" items, and without being able to rely on All in 1's timeliness, experience, and responsiveness, this would have been even worse of a nightmare. In truth, when I first started my repairs on the home, I had been planning to spread the work across 3 separate companies. However, after the "run around" the other two gave me, I ended up transferring all the work to Bruce within a few weeks - and he'd been done with his list already, so he tackled them all in a completely appropriate timeframe, with ample communication about arrival times and the names of the individuals on his team I should expect each day. Let's talk about what Bruce and the All In 1 team helped me with: MOLD REMEDIATION in crawlspace and attic. VAPOR BARRIER in crawlspace. TWICE! And only charged me once. ROOFING in garage and gutting of rotted interior. ELECTRIC updates and inspection. DRAINING/GRADING in yard. SIDING repair. HVAC servicing and cleaning. DUCT INSULATION in crawlspace. HOSE BIB replacement. INSULATION in attic and moisture prevention. WATER LEAK repair in main water line. NEW PLUMBING in crawlspace for all water lines. CRACKED BEAM REPAIR in attic. RESURFACING of gas lines. What's not on this list are the countless responses to my panicked text messages, their endless patience as we jumped through hoops with a home warranty company for some reimbursements (still waiting...), and the many kind things they did "along the way" without charging me. They sympathized with my struggle, and the fact that the home ended up having so many more problems than expected. When I run into more problems (and I have been), Bruce is my first call. Anything they DON'T do (and the list is very small - driveways, for example), they have a recommendation. If you're looking for a recommendation for a great contractor, this is it.

This company was recommended by my insurance for a build back after water damage due to a frozen…read morebusted pipe in January. They came out to give an estimate and I thought they were very thorough and I agreed with the estimate. We proceeded with the project. I wasn't impressed with the initial crew that handled the painting, dry wall, and flooring. Touch ups and redos were required. The busted pipe was from a second floor shower above a laundry room that is adjacent to the garage. The area gets cold. The plumber recommended a vent in the ceiling to allow heat from the laundry room to flow into the area. They installed said vent, but then covered it with insulation resulting in no flow. I requested the insulation be cut twice. Apparently, it was never cut. I was supposed to be given a new broom since mine disappeared from the garage. Never received. An old light fixture taken out of the ceiling was requested to be kept. They took it. They kept unplugging a freezer in the garage to plug up their equipment. Another gentleman finished the job by installing the cabinets in the laundry room and and bar area. He did custom shelves and dryer vent cut outs in the bar. His work was great. He fixed some areas that the first crew missed. Less than six months after completion of the project, I'm dealing with water damage from frozen pipes in the same area. I can't help but to wonder if this could've been prevented if the insulation didn't cover the vent. I also wonder if enough insulation was used in the area considering the history. Very frustrating.

We were upstairs (and on…read morethe other side of the house) but I could hear a weird sound coming from the kitchen... lo and behold, a pipe leading to our water heater burst in the upstairs and poured down through our kitchen ceiling and from there, down onto the basement. After swimming our way through buckets, turning off the water main and sopping up the water in the kitchen, we quickly pulled up Yelp to search for 1.) a plumber and 2.) a restoration business to save us from further, long term damage. By 8:30 AM that same morning, Corbin arrived to save the day. His communication was professional and educational from start to finish. He was able to take a less than fun situation and turn it into a palatable experience. I hope I don't have to see Corbin for quite some time under these circumstances but if you're looking for a swift, clean and professional crew to save you in your time if need, look no further.

By 8:30am Corbin and crew were already at our house with diagnostic equipment and a water damage mitigation plan. He was extremely patient to explain the whole process, start to finish, and even helped us understand the steps to filing an insurance claim. His team worked weekend days to get the work done quickly, and 4 days after we woke up to a kitchen waterfall we were all dry again. Of course, parts of our kitchen had to be removed and demolished to get all the air-moving equipment access to dry out the walls, but even the contractors coming to patch everything back up were impressed with how careful the Restorex team was to only demolish what was necessary to carry out their mitigation plans. So happy we found Restorex when we were up a creek without a paddle!

These two guys from first serve, Austin and Corbin, did in about 30 minutes what four of us…read morecouldn't achieve in 3 days and for half the price. (Just for the record they probably could've done it in less time had our carpet not previously been royally messed up). Not only that, but they came back two days later to guarantee they effectively scrubbed out all the residue left in our carpet. For context, my family came over to help my boyfriend and I clean our condo's carpet ourselves, since our cats had pretty much decimated sections of our carpet with cat urine and vomit over the years. Between deep cleaning with rental equipment and drying the carpet with three rented industrial fans, we invested about $300 and 3 days of labor ourselves. Wish I could say it was worth it, but after all was said and done, we were left with residue filled carpet that felt worse than we started (I've since been informed I over saturated our carpet in cleaning solution which left behind that gross sticky residue - don't believe the ratios on the damn bottle). It left my feet with a grimy black substance on it, and also, because who doesn't love a cherry on top, the smell of cat urine still persistently lingered like the ghost of Christmas past. Frustrated to say the least, we caved, called in the professionals, and after seeing their results I can confidently say I'll never deep clean a carpet myself again in this lifetime. Just call in the pros. The first day, they were in and out in less than 30 minutes total and that was after they sprayed some extra enzymatic solution to kill the incessant pet odor everywhere. They even came back when I'd called and said the carpet still felt sticky in some areas, and again were in and out in even less time than before. True champs. They were efficient, friendly, professional, non-judgmental (can't say I'd be the same if I walked in and saw some of our gnarly cat stains), communicated everything patiently, and they were just amazing in general. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
