These days, it's not often that you find a reliable company that is knowledgeable and trustworthy,…read moreESPECIALLY when dealing with seniors. My 92 year old uncle recently met with Jacob who came to his senior living home to fix his mobility scooter. Jacob couldn't fix it on site so he loaded it onto his truck to take back to his shop. What I understood to be "several days later," my uncle called to tell me what happened, saying that he thinks he was scammed and the scooter was stolen and he was getting ready to call the police. He said he had called many times and left several messages but no one responded. I'll be honest, he made a convincing case and I was starting to think he was a victim. What I didn't realize was that Jacob picked the scooter up on Friday morning and this was Monday (they are closed on weekends). I was able to get ahold of Jacob and let him know that if the police show up don't be alarmed. He was understanding and explained that he has a family and tries not to work on the weekends so didn't know my uncle had been calling. He also sent me multiple photos of the scooter that had been dismantled and in the process of repair. He also said that he located the problem, would compete the repair that day and return it the next. The price was more than fair and the scooter works perfectly now. I highly recommend Valley Mobility if you like working with honest, dedicated, smart and kind people (who are also patient with seniors).

To say that my experience with Kevin and Beatriz at superior mobility was good would be a gross…read moreunderstatement. I'm not exaggerating when I say that what they have done for me is anything short of life changing. Kevin made it clear from the start that he loves his job and he's passionate about helping his clients get the very best, and that's what he delivered for me. It's not a business transaction for him, it's forming a team to help improve the client's quality of life every step of the way and years after. I've only had my new power chair for three days, but my life has done a complete 180 from the pain and fatigue I suffered before. The process of obtaining my chair was super fast; about 3 weeks from consultation to delivery. I've always been able to get a hold of Kevin or Beatriz if I have a question and I could not be happier with the service I've received and will continue to receive. Thank you so much Kevin and Beatriz and Superior Mobility!

I was trying to get a small threshold ramp for my front door because I was having trouble…read morenavigating the threshold with a cane. I didn't trust buying one somewhere like Amazon or Home Depot and installing it myself. I had contacted several home modification companies and was told either they didn't have what I needed or they don't do home evaluations for threshold ramps and just buy one on their website.i was losing hope and getting frustrated and anxious. Call Before You Fall was amazing! I contacted them online and they got back to me immediately and we scheduled a free evaluation. Jose was on time, professional, looked at my doorway, and recommended what I needed. I immediately got an estimate from Alex and scheduled an installation the next day. Everything took less than a week from first contact to installation. The ramp they chose is exactly what I needed, small and not steep, non slip, and easy to walk on. I feel much safer not having to step up or down overthe threshold. I know I probably paid more than getting a ramp on my own but it was worth every penny to get expert guidance and installation. I highly recommend Call Before You Fall for your home modification needs. They were prompt and professional and got me exactly what I needed without second guessing myself.
