    Dents put in the freezer portion of my refrigerator by the Service Quick tech.

    The entire experience was Just awful! Service tech came out to repair the freezer portion of our 6 month old Samsung refrigerator. The unit is stainless steel so when he pushed the refrigerator back into its proper space he dented it with his foot, knee and hands. I reported it immediately and the claim was denied based on pictures the technician provided. I asked them to produce those photos and as of this date I have not received them. I have been calling customer service weekly since July and have made zero progress and I have yet to receive a return call from anyone at Service Quick as promised. Customer service is horrible, horrible, horrible! I totally understand how they scored a 1.5 star rating!

    The grammar on their website is as bad as their service

    Terrible customer service. They original problem was not properly fixed the require a minimum $200 upfront to come back. BEWARE

Then intentionally, maliciously, and negligently held onto a part they had insisted they had sent for repair, but never did. Didn't have a working fridge for over 9 weeks because of these shameless scammers! Never refunded my money. Ghosted me and ignored all calls and messages (see below for a few). I plan to sue them them as well as report them to all county/state govt resources. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS AT ALL COST. -- Your rep dropped off my fridge's computer board yesterday 3/19, 5 weeks after you pulled it on 2/14 to send it for repair. You did not send the board for repair as you had misrepresented multiple times in writing, but instead intentionally, maliciously, and negligently held onto it. I have paid you $1296 since your first visit on 1/12 for "repair" of my fridge that's been dead since then, and you have clearly failed to provide those repair services. I hereby demand a refund of $1296 no later than 3/22/24 5pm, before I pursue any/all legal remedies at my disposal both against Lightning Appliances and Cooling LLC and against you and Robert personally due to your intentional malicious negligent actions and your personal liability for them; such remedies including but not limited to the cost of repairs performed by a more honest & competent vendor, repair of the custom cabinetry damaged by your rep, and the pain/suffering my family and I have experienced living without this fridge for the past 9 weeks, largely due to your negligence. -- When Robert rang my doorbell just now, I expected him to hand me a check for a full refund of the $1296 that I have paid you for your non-repair of my fridge. But instead, he tried to justify and cover up for him/your intentional, malicious, and negligent actions, having intentionally kept my computer board in your possession from 2/14 thru 3/19. Today he claimed that he did actually send out the board for repair - but could not say when; then he changed his story and said "someone was holding on to it". On 3/19 he told me that he/you did not actually send the board to the repair vendor as an intentional act of retribution! Both those conversations are recorded. Your text message on 2/21 assured me that it "was sent already" and that was also a shameful misrepresentation and further evidence of your negligence. Again, you have charged me $1296 for repair services that you have failed to provide and have also damaged me beyond that due to your intentional, malicious, and negligent behavior, as I've previously advised you. Refunding the $1296 today would have been the wiser, and I think ultimately cheaper, path.I promise you that I will pursue any/all legal remedies at my disposal both against Lightning Appliances and Cooling LLC and against you and Robert personally due to your intentional malicious negligent actions and your personal liability for them; such remedies including but not limited to the cost of repairs performed by a more honest & competent vendor, repair of the custom cabinetry damaged by your rep, and the pain/suffering my family and I have experienced living without this fridge for the past 9 weeks, largely due to your negligence.
