I then cleaned the drain several times with various cleaning products, which would kill the odor temporarily; then a few days later the smell would return. We talked to a knowledgeable realtor who said the traps need to be cleaned by a plumber. After I was in traffic behind a Perfect Service van, I messaged them and made an appointment for a few days later. When Joey the plumber arrived, he evaluated the situation and suggested a powerful drain cleaner called Clobber instead of doing the work to clear the traps and charging us accordingly. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. We gladly paid him and will try his recommendation soon. Highly recommend! Thanks Joey!

As it turned out Sun Glu was the one who did not do their job. They explained the process to us before they started since I needed to know if I should leave the house or not. I had just been released from the hospital after fighting pneumonia for over a week. They told me it shouldn't cause an issue and sealed all of the vents before they began the cleaning to prevent a dust mess through the whole house. Then vacuum truck seemed to take care of any "junk" that came out of our duct work to get it clean. I did sit outside through most of the cleaning process but didn't see any major dust in the air when I came inside after they were done. Our house does seem less dusty after the cleaning too. Before we would get a solid layer of dust on all the flat surfaces in the house within just a couple of days of wiping down everything. We checked prices with a few companies before we chose Willard. Their prices are right in the middle range. One company we spoke to was comparably priced (within $40), one was approx. $100 higher priced, and one was slightly cheaper. We went with Willard because the person we spoke to when we called was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful answering our questions. The techs arrive about an hour and a half late, without any communication to us that they were running late, so the lacking of a courtesy call to let us know was a little disappointing. Other than that we're very happy with the cleaning and the techs were great. We'll recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

EcoHeat goes above and beyond expectations. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would!…read moreThey have serviced my furnace for a couple of years and have always done a great job. When it was time to replace both my furnace and A/C, they took the time to understand my needs, evaluate the size of my home, and recommend a system that would be the best fit for me. Their quote was extremely reasonable compared to other companies, and they were able to provide a higher-quality system as well. During the quote process, they identified an issue that was negatively affecting how efficiently part of my home was heating and cooling. They explained the problem clearly and provided a simple and effective solution. They even offered to remove some old debris left under the house from a previous HVAC remodel--something they certainly didn't have to do. The entire EcoHeat Team was professional, friendly, hardworking, and respectful of my home. They took great care throughout the installation. It was clear that they genuinely cared about doing a good job and making sure it all turned out as it should. I highly recommend EcoHeat if you're in need of HVAC professionals!!

Another triumph from Ecoheat! We have had the pleasure of working with this company for years on…read moresmaller maintenance projects. Last year, they rescued us from a dying furnace over Christmas and then installed a new heat pump. They really went the extra mile for us, lending us nice space heaters and even fixing the grade of the previously uneven, divoted ground along the wall where the outside unit is, which gave us the amazing bonus of reducing moisture to our basement wall. They just noticed the issue and put in the extra labor to make everything nice. This year, we discovered that our bathroom fan had no duct and just vented into the eaves behind the knee wall of our old house. So, we needed to add a duct and vent to the exterior. We were also having moisture problems in our kitchen due to a lack of a range hood. Our stove is on an interior wall and there is a built in, heavy plaster hood over it. So, Ecoheat devised a plan to add a new hood vent and run ductwork through the plaster hood and a soffit to the exterior wall. Once again, we had a wonderful experience with Ecoheat and they did a stunning job. The owner, Thomas, is personally involved in the details of complex projects and has an amazing memory for our house and us as people. He really makes you feel like a valued customer. The office manager, Deven, is also a pleasure to work with and makes everything run like clockwork. Ecoheat coordinated the electrician so we didn't even have to think about that. The employees seem to stick around for a long time which I think speaks well of the company. Griffin, Bombo and Josue are all just delightful to have around and their work standard is at the highest level. They used vents with metal grills to prevent squirrels. The cuts they made through the angled plaster hood, the soffit, and the exterior were totally precise and the seals where the ducts enter are extremely tidy. Everything works and looks great, all for a very fair price with no surprises. I would (and do) recommend this company to everyone!
