I ordered almost $20,000 worth of the Anker products feeling confident that they would be able to perform the install for me. Their rep Toby came to my house, looked at my panel, the install site and my solar and said he would get back to me. He did, a month later, and told me they were working on it. Several additional months, several unreturned emails later and even after emailing WSE directly again, with no reply, I have a pile of uninstalled Anker products and no idea who to reach out to that is authorized... pretty disappointed in the ghosting but I guess I'll find someone else!
