If no stars was an option that would be my review rating for Falso. I was a monthly maintenance customer and received periodic maintenance checks for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and furnace. My impression based on service techs is that they are more in the business of sales than anything. The tipping point was last week when they came to perform routine maintenance on furnace. Spent 30 minutes in basement taking pictures of furnace internals to only tell me I need to replace furnace ASAP. Showed me pictures taken on IPAD however if it was that serious why not show me while they had the furnace open? Quoted $8.800.00 for new furnace and was pushing their new "Advantage Program". The "Advantage Program" is a lease for the equipment with a lien on your home. The furnace is a Lennox for which you need to be an authorized dealer to sell (ie: Falso) . You are married to them. Have purchased a new name brand furnace from a trustworthy company for $3,000.00 less that what Falso quoted. The service rep who informed took the pics of furnace internals actually questioned me as to why I have them come to our home? I attribute this to the fact that they wanted to sell me new hot water heater last year, I balked at their questionable repair to A/C and now they furnace. He claimed that they reason people opt for the monthly maintenance plan is to be "Proactive" in replacements! (HUH?) On 2 separate occasions I had service reps indicate to me to perform a repair while they are here today it would be X however if they have to come back it is Y. Where Y is substantially more. On both occasions I chose to do nothing and to-date I have no issues. But I would be most concerned with their latest efforts to steer customers to their "Advantage Program". It is an open least of the equipment with a lein on your home. They quote it and push it with follow-up messages offering to make payments for first 6 months. IMHO your best interest is the LEAST of their concerns. read more

My kitchen sink had an issue where the galvanized drainpipe had rotted out. I called a popular vendor in the plumbing business just for them to show up very late and then tell me they could not do the job that I would have to wait for an estimate three days from the service visit and that a repair would have to be scheduled out even farther. I told them to forget it and I contacted Falso. Two technicians (Caitlin and Sean) arrived on time and assessed the situation. They determined that the repairs could not be done the same day however they worked with their dispatch team to clear their schedules for the following day. They promptly arrived the next day on time and completed the repairs within the time estimated. They thoroughly tested everything for links and even adjusted our dryer heating vent in the process as it was where the repair was needed. Outstanding service and professionalism. I've used the technicians at Falso several times now - for my furnace AND for a disposal replacement. They are always quick, clean, and effective. Their people are always extremely knowledgeable and super kind and professional. AJ and Christian - the two technicians I had today - were fabulous and so helpful. They gave me a lot of information and didn't try to sell me things I don't need, but gave me good insight into what would be a good idea to upgrade, fix, etc. especially in consideration of my situations. They serviced my furnace and did a great job! I never felt pressured or oversold, and they answered all my billion questions with patience, kindness, knowledge, and professionalism. I am in process of getting my in-laws home ready for sale. Noticed water on the floor in the basement. Contacted Falso to investigate. Got an immediate response and a diagnose was made which was much less severe than I had expected. The representative called immediately to have the next available technician come over. They arrived the same afternoon, repaired the problem, and advised that I could sign up for a service contract, get a discount on the repair parts, get an inspection on the system right then, and cancel the contract when the house sells. Very positive experience, and I am considering buying a contract for my residence, and having them do yearly inspections on my furnace/AC systems. read more

Falso Heating/Cooling installed a new air conditioner and air handler unit last week in my home. Brady, the service technician came back yesterday. He was very polite, professional and explained everything that had to be done to change out the old inside vent covers throughout my home with some minor modifications. I am looking forward for the Summer heat to arrive...so I can enjoy my new central air in my home!! I had falso install a new furnace a/c and hot water heater. With all that equipment they only sent two installers Joe and Dave I thought no way is this is getting done today. But to my amazement not only was it done in under 8 hrs it looked amazing. After talking to the installers come to find out they do commercial installs and only do residential if nothing is going on in commercial.they used a lot of big job looks to my system. Like heavy duty hangers and brackets to give my system a very unique look like know one else has. Thx Joe and Dave, you guys are an invaluable asset to your company. read more

We have had Falso service or furnace for many years. After having issues with the company that installed our a/c they now service that also. We have an old furnace that is making squealing noises he came and explained that it was the motor bearings. With no pressure they suggested we get a new furnace. They explained both the advantages and dis advantages Of buying a new furnace. Locally the are great in everyway to deal with. Their call in service center Is terrible located in a foreign country and can not understand what the say. I've called them 3 times and each s the same bad results. read more

Bob's presentation helped me choose the best fit solution for my family and Cory and Jon, the install team, answered all of my questions and made sure I was all set for the upcoming 12 degree CNY day. Fine service. Very thorough, friendly prompt arrival. All heatinting/AC service is never cheap (think cheap gives you poor service) so don't believe they are any less costly than other well known firms in this line of business but at least you'll know with Falso you can be assured you'll get quality treatment & service. And they do offer some specials that may bring the cost down. Bottom line, if I needed any kind of heating, air cooling, water heater service or replacement products, I would choose Falso. read more

Garett and Rhonda came to my home today and they looked at my heater to complete a maintenance check. They were very thorough and explained in detail what they seen and explained what I could use in the future. They also helped me gain more knowledge on working with my thermostat and how I could lock it so my children stop turning up the heat and use my phone with the app and also put reminders on when the filter should be changed and so on. Furnace began leaking all over my basement. Was able to call Falso in the middle of the afternoon and had someone arrive that day. Falso sent their technician Josh over and he was able to diagnose the problem and 2 days later he returned, replaced the broken part, and fixed the leak in 2 hours with no issues. would recommend read more
