Finally asked for help and a salesman came out from the back. He had to consult his phone to see which one I needed, which I get but doesn't make me feel like they know their products. Said it would be over a month to wait for the install, which was weird as the store was empty. On the way out someone asked if I found everything I needed. Where was he on the way in? Same place, just didn't offer to help me. Feels like a dying big box store. Stay away. Let's hear it for smaller retailers where the employees know their product AND have customer service skills.

Just got back from trying again and yet again all appointments were cancelled. This has been going on for almost a month now. Basically any activity involving Passports or TSA or TWIC are not actively supported at this location and clearly no one is concerned about getting the facility up to speed.
