I called Servdry, Inc to clean the carpeting in my condo that I recently purchased. The carpeting is an off-white berber approximately 15 yrs. old and it obviously hadn't been cleaned in at least 8-10 years. I was doubtful that ANY company would be able to get it looking good again. The traffic areas were badly soiled and there were many pet stains and also pet odor from the previous owners' dogs. To my surprise, Servdry, Inc. was able to get it SO CLEAN it looked like brand new carpeting, and the odor was completely gone!!! Their sales team/office staff and their techs were VERY polite, knowledgeable, and professional, and the price I was quoted is the price I paid. There was no up-selling of any kind by their techs. Servdry had absolutely no hidden costs and no travel charge. (I've had bad experiences with that in the past from other companies). I HIGHLY recommend Servdry, Inc. to anyone looking for a quality carpet cleaning company, and I will DEFINITELY call them for all my future carpet cleaning needs!!! I also recommended Servdry, Inc. to my parents who recently had a sump pump failure and had water damage in their basement and they said they were thrilled with the low price and the quality of work that Servdry, Inc. did for them!!! The basement looks AMAZING! Just when I was starting to think that there were no more honest companies left, Servdry, Inc. restored my faith!!! Thanks Servdry! read more

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Servdry and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The team was incredibly thorough in their cleaning process. I was pleasantly surprised that my carpets were not soaking wet afterward; they dried nicely and quickly, which is always a concern with carpet cleaning. All the stains came out perfectly, and my carpets look and smelled as good as new. The guys were not only professional but also very friendly. They worked efficiently and didn't waste any time. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. They called me back immediately to set up a time that worked for me, which I appreciated. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other services I've used in the past, and I felt like I received great value for the quality of work performed. Overall, I have no complaints at all and would definitely have them come back in the future. Highly recommend! read more

I can't say enough good things about Servdry! I had them clean the carpet in three bedrooms, as well as a two story staircase with an adjoining hallway. Josh, the technician, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. After completing the cleaning process, Josh walked me through the areas and shared insights regarding the effectiveness of the cleaning process and the condition of the carpet. He also spent extra time doing everything possible to remove nail polish and juice stains, as well as to remove gum. From my perspective, Josh went well above and beyond the call of duty. Servdry's pricing is very competitive, but not the cheapest. However, I rarely ever select the low bidder, and a bit of a premium is money well spent for superior quality and service, which are definitely what I received from Servdry. If you need your carpet cleaned, Servdry is the company for you! read more

Really needed our carpets cleaned, called Servdry after looking at great reviews. Originally I was going to go with a bigger name firm, but saw horrible reviews. I called, got a quote, and they were literally out the next day. Embarrassing, but our carpets hadn't been cleaned in about 10 years, other than here and there with our Rug Dr. They were finished at another job early, called me to come early which worked out great. Said it would take 3-4 hours and it was exactly that. We knew there were stains that wouldn't come out, but overall it's a vast improvement . Everything feels (and smells) so clean and nice. The team was awesome, very polite and friendly. The price was the same there were no additional fees. Wish I would have done this long ago! Will definitely use Servdry again. read more

Robert was the first to respond to my requests for quotes to area companies; he provided good detail in the quote and had competitive rates. The cleaning was scheduled, and the tech (dang, I forgot his name, I'm ashamed! Juan?) called me that day about an hour before the appointment to see if he could come early! Say what?! Aren't customers supposed to be frustrated, waiting for late arrivals?! So, he arrived early! I told him I didn't think that the carpet could be salvaged but I would like to try. He was doubtful - my green machine had left bleached out circles, and the carpet has dark areas around the edges presumably from the rented cleaner I used. He offered to do a small room for free to see if it works. He did; it didn't. Saved me a couple hundred dollars! That's an honest company!!! read more

This was one of the easiest to schedule and best companies I hired to clean our carpets and furniture. Discussed what I needed done by phone with Jeff and was given a reasonable quote without any up charges after they arrived to do the job. Jeff communicated well ahead of my appt. Josh arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. He did a good job explaining what he did and about any stain issues we had, and was neat and careful with moving things too. After using a big brand name carpet cleaning co. for years that has started "bait and switch" with their exorbitant pricing, After they arrive to do the work, I will now only use Servdry for our cleaning needs and recommended them to my friends. Thanks Jeff and Josh for a job well done and your professionalism. read more

Forget Stanley Steemer! Use these guys!!!! I called this morning hoping to book someone to clean my very pet stained carpet because out of town visitors were going to arrive earlier than expected. I was very happy that they had a slot available at 11 am. Josh "the miracle worker" arrived at 11 on the dot. He got stains out that Stanley Steemer has not been able to in 5 years!! My husband and I cannot believe how good the 15 year old carpet looks (we have 3 kids, 2 dogs and a cat). I am now a total Josh groupie! He knew we were in a time crunch so he left a fan for an extra 20 minutes to help it dry before my cousins arrived! Thank you so much Josh! From now on, I only call him! To quote My Cousin Vinnie, "I want that guy!" read more

I don't write many reviews but I was surprised at the level of service I received from these guys and I like to give credit where credit is due. These three guys were very hard-working and went above and beyond the Call of Duty. They didn't just clean and polish my floor, they were cleaning other items and also cleaned my baseboard and even removed traces of old blue tape left behind from the painters. When I saw the owner, Robert, with a razor blade in his hand doing detailed cleaning I was blown away. It wasn't part of the estimate, but that man has some OCD cleanliness in him! You just don't see that anymore. I highly recommend these guys because they are hard-working old school style. read more

We used Servdry a few weeks ago to remove a stain from our elderly dog. They were very fast with their response and honest that the stain may not be able to fully be removed. I was willing to take my chances. They came out the next day and were professional. Josh did a fantastic job. He wasn't able to get the stain completely out but it was hardly noticeable and a 90%+ improvement. The rug has been vacuumed a few times since the cleaning and you would need a magnifying glass to see it. We were pleased with the results. We will definitely use them again for any area rug or carpet cleaning services. An honest and reputable company. Do not hesitate to call. read more

ServDry service was awesome at a fair price! We had an instance when our house pump stopped working and the water backed up covering two carpeted rooms in the basement. I called their line and got Robert straight away he said he would be there in 90 mins. which he was. After doing an evaluation of the damage and then going through what was needed to be done they started to work immediately. They saved the day as my sons 15th birthday party was happening that weekend with over 35 people coming to celibate. The rooms were as good as new prior to the party and it was a huge success. If you ever have a problem like this go to the best! Thanks Robert & Mark - Rick read more

I have used On Your Spots twice now and each time they have done a great job on our two couches. I have two small children and they are constantly spilling all sorts of things on the couches. Not only did On Your Spots clean the couches so they looked great, they arrived on time and worked effeciently while in my home. When I contact them to set up a date to come out, they responded withing minutes of my call and offered to come out the very next day to provide their cleaning services. My wife and I are very satisfied with the service provide to us by On Your Spots and will defineatly be using them again when the time comes to clean our couches yet again. read more

Robert responded very promptly for my request for a quote, which was very reasonable for a full carpet clean for our house that we just moved into. Josh came on time and was extremely professional and friendly as he completed the job. He took the time to explain the process, and let me know about any issues right away (e.g. when there was some darkening left by prior owner's furniture that wouldn't come out). He also had great referrals for other services in the area. The carpet looked fantastic and he did a really great job. I would definitely recommend Servdry, and will be using them in the future next time I need my carpets cleaned. read more

Josh, the technician, just came to clean our couch. It was definitely dirty, more on one side than the other, and he worked for an hour and a half to get it clean. This company guarantees their work and when it dried, I found a few places that were missed because they were hard to see while the couch was wet. I called the company back and they sent Josh back the next day at no additional charge to touch up those places and the couch looks great. This company was formerly known as On Your Spots, but had a name change because they handle more than just carpet and furniture cleaning now, so I will put this review on that site as well. read more

Really appreciated the highest level of customer service from ServDry. We recently had our carpets and couches cleaned by Josh. He made sure to explain everything to me. Josh even tripled checked to made sure one of my couches could be cleaned. The day Josh did service, it was very humid out and after a day my carpets and couch in the basement were still damp. I reached out to Servdry to see what can be done and was shocked to hear back from the owner immediatly assuring me that someone would be back to fix it. Josh happily came back on a Sunday morning to get some fans running to help dry everything up. Thanks Josh and ServDry! read more

I had water damage and mold in my garage ceiling from the adjacent unit's bathroom sink so I called ServDry after reading the reviews on yelp. So glad I called. Robert was amazing!!! Came out the very next day to assess the damage and provide a quote. Didn't need to wait around for him either, he was very punctual. Can't stress what a great job they did! I am so amazed!! The price was VERY reasonable. He understood how stressed I was about the situation and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would definitely use them again! Wish they had more stars to give because I would definitely give them a 10+!! read more

I purchased a short sale. Needless to say I needed a few things done. The services performed all met or exceeded my expectations. Between the service and the quick response I would definitely recommend using this company. I will use again in the future for any carpet and rug cleaning I need and God forbid any basement flooding. Being from California originally, this whole basement mixed with water issue was new to me. The workers were very knowledgeable and didn't make my ignorance feel like stupidity. I appreciate them educating me in the areas that they did to help keep my basement dry and problem free. read more

I found this company initially for carpet cleaning, and was very satisfied with their customer service and the work performed. My carpet looked like new when they were done. I also liked that they did not try to upsell me when they arrived at my home. Last spring my sump pumps stopped working, and my basement flooded. I called Servdry and they came out and got the water cleaned up and removed the damaged drywall and insulation. They came back and replaced the drywall and made the place look like the place looked before the flood. I highly recommend them for your home. read more

I highly recommend Servdry, Inc. for all carpet cleaning needs. Jeff is our salesman and his technician Josh are both professional and knowledgeable in their work. Josh is personable, and hard-working. Josh takes pride in doing the best job and I have total confidence in him and Servdry, Inc. When I find a company that has a strong work ethic and is dedicated to satisfying their customer, I become a repeat customer and recommend their work to anyone who is listening. This company is very good! We called for our office to be cleaned and had to do it on a very short notice and they literally came within the hour and got the job done in very fast. That didn't stop them from doing an amazing job. Very fast and very thorough job. Charlie and Robert were also very kind and friendly to have in the office. Highly recommend this company! There prices were set in stone, no hassle, no up-charges, no selling. Very flatline rate and laid out. This is our second time going to this company and we will continue to do so. read more
