He not only honored the quote, but went ahead and cleaned our hallway runner without an extra charge. We were both very grateful. Jay did let us know about the different types of stains and how they interact with different surfaces to let us know what may or may not come out, I was expecting there may be some sticking around, but after about two and a half hours of him working on everything, the stains were all out! We did have a very nice conversation about how he started his business and his experiences with it and it really all boiled down to the fact that he wanted more flexibility to be a dad. That was really great, because too many kids don't have that relationship with their parents and being that I've worked in elementary schools for a few years, it's important to me that kids have that love and support. I reached out in the morning and got a quick response. Dan provided an estimate right away after I sent pictures of my sectional sofa, and I also added a queen-size mattress cleaning. It was affordable for my budget. Since I had the day off, I asked about same-day service and they were able to come out within a couple of hours. Steven did an amazing job--my sectional, which was pretty filthy, came out clean and smelling fresh. The mattress turned out great as well. Fast, professional, and high-quality service. When I first called, the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. He had me text him pictures of the couch and was very confident they could make a significant improvement. That gave me the confidence to book the appointment. The technician came out the next day. He was running a little behind, but I really appreciated that he texted me ahead of time to let me know. When he arrived, he was much more cautious about setting expectations than the person I spoke with on the phone, which admittedly made me a little nervous. Even so, he worked efficiently and did a thorough job. There are only two things I'd mention for anyone considering upholstery cleaning. First, on the seat cushions, some of the dirt seemed to settle toward the front edge as the extraction tool passed over the fabric, so there are still a few light stains in those areas. Second, my couch was extremely wet afterward. I was told it could take up to four days to dry. With several fans running, mine was fully dry in about two days, but it's something to plan for. Overall, my sectional looks about 85% better than it did before, and that's a huge win. It saved me from buying a new couch, which would have cost far more than the cleaning. I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely use Heaven's Best again in the future.
