Here's a version that mentions the business by name:…read more I highly recommend Mr. Felix Carpet Care! With kids in the house, our couch had accumulated plenty of spills, stains, and everyday messes over the years. I honestly wasn't sure all of the stains would come out, but Mr. Felix and his daughter exceeded my expectations. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work. They took their time, paid attention to every detail, and transformed our upholstery. Our furniture looks and smells fresh, and it honestly looks almost brand new again! It's so refreshing to support a family-run business that takes so much pride in what they do. If you're looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality upholstery cleaning, I can't recommend Mr. Felix Carpet Care enough. Thank you, Mr. Felix and your daughter, for the amazing service--we'll definitely be using you again!

I've called on Mr. Felix several times since we've owned our home. He is always timely in his…read moreresponses, he communicates well and is reliable. This last time he did another exceptional job, our carpets honestly look new again. I even had a friend over and she asked me what kind of carpet I had (like I knew lol) she said it looked really nice and clean, obviously I didn't tell her I just had it cleaned. Anyway, he always comes through with a great job.

My experience with this individual was extremely disappointing due to his lack of professionalism…read moreand customer service. I contacted him on two separate occasions, and simply because I expressed that I was unable to meet with him twice, his attitude changed completely. Rather than handling the situation professionally, he responded with unnecessary hostility and disrespect. This was especially frustrating because I had previously given him another opportunity despite concerns from past interactions. On a prior visit to my apartment, his conduct had already raised red flags, but I chose to give him the benefit of the doubt and hired him again instead of taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. A true professional understands that scheduling conflicts can happen and treats customers with courtesy and respect regardless of the circumstances. Based on my experience, he demonstrated a lack of professionalism, poor business ethics, and an unacceptable attitude. Perhaps he has enough customers that he feels he can treat people this way, but that is not how a reputable business should operate. I would not recommend his services based on my experience. Cesar. My experience with this service provider was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, highly unprofessional. After I expressed concerns about scheduling and the way I was being treated, instead of handling the situation professionally, he became defensive, dismissive, and argumentative. Rather than trying to resolve the issue or offer another appointment, he told me to "look elsewhere," said it would be the last time he serviced my apartment, and then blocked me. That is not the level of customer service I expect from someone operating a business. I also disagree with several statements he made publicly. He claimed I didn't pay his full price, which was not my experience. Every time he serviced my apartment, I paid the amount he requested. He also implied that he had been servicing my apartment for years, when in reality he only serviced it two or three times, with each visit occurring roughly six months apart. Instead of addressing legitimate customer concerns, he chose to attack my credibility and respond with statements that I believe are inaccurate. In my opinion, that raises more concerns than the original issue itself. A professional business owner should be able to handle criticism respectfully, communicate effectively, and work toward a resolution--not argue with customers or block them when concerns are raised. I'm sharing my experience so others can make their own informed decision. Based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this service provider.

So, the light colored couches and rug that are in the house have been assaulted by three crazy…read morenephews for the past three years and they have had dirty shoes tracked across them many times, spilled juice, dropped ketchup, globs of slime dragged across them, even a corner with a paint splatter from an instance of one of the little dudes getting too crazy with his art projects and thought flicking it everywhere was cute (kids ) My mom contacted Jay and was given a quote and they set up a date and time that was convenient and not only did he arrive on time, but he was extremely professional, kind, and respectful. He not only honored the quote, but went ahead and cleaned our hallway runner without an extra charge. We were both very grateful. Jay did let us know about the different types of stains and how they interact with different surfaces to let us know what may or may not come out, I was expecting there may be some sticking around, but after about two and a half hours of him working on everything, the stains were all out! We did have a very nice conversation about how he started his business and his experiences with it and it really all boiled down to the fact that he wanted more flexibility to be a dad. That was really great, because too many kids don't have that relationship with their parents and being that I've worked in elementary schools for a few years, it's important to me that kids have that love and support. All in all, quality work, a very reasonable price, and a very kind and personable man. If you need a cleaning, look no further than Kleen Kukture Carpet Care and Jay! You will not be disappointed one bit. We'll see you in a year for another cleaning, Jay! Thanks again

I hired Heaven's Best to clean my sectional, and overall I had a great experience. I've had my…read morecouch for six years, and between an elementary school-aged child and a dog, it had definitely seen better days. I honestly thought I was going to have to replace it. When I first called, the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. He had me text him pictures of the couch and was very confident they could make a significant improvement. That gave me the confidence to book the appointment. The technician came out the next day. He was running a little behind, but I really appreciated that he texted me ahead of time to let me know. When he arrived, he was much more cautious about setting expectations than the person I spoke with on the phone, which admittedly made me a little nervous. Even so, he worked efficiently and did a thorough job. There are only two things I'd mention for anyone considering upholstery cleaning. First, on the seat cushions, some of the dirt seemed to settle toward the front edge as the extraction tool passed over the fabric, so there are still a few light stains in those areas. Second, my couch was extremely wet afterward. I was told it could take up to four days to dry. With several fans running, mine was fully dry in about two days, but it's something to plan for. Overall, my sectional looks about 85% better than it did before, and that's a huge win. It saved me from buying a new couch, which would have cost far more than the cleaning. I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely use Heaven's Best again in the future.
