It would be accurate to say that there was a lack of any smell. Just a clean sofa. A bit about their communication prior to the job. I received quick and clear messages from the company. They quoted me a price and gave me a vey reasonable window of time for the appointment. They weren't the least expensive quote, but I didn't think it was worth the risk to save $10 by going with someone with lower reviews. They reminded me the day before and confirmed the timeframe.
