    The staff is very friendly. The wait times can be long but I guess that can be expected at any car place when your getting a service done. The do have an old school arcade game with Pac-Man on it for kids to play. Bottled water and coffee are available at no charge.

    I purchased my car from Serra Nissan and still go every now and again for services. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted so I don't think I can speak too much to the process. I will comment that they were very pushy. Even though I knew what car I wanted, I still wanted to go home and think over it. They were VERY pushy and would barely let me walk out of the door. But from what I heard, pretty much every car buying process is like this. When I did return to purchase the vehicle it was a very painless process. Everything went very quickly and I was able to finance in house. I also return every now and again to get my car serviced. They run great deals and promotions that make the drive over worth it. They also give the option of signing up online for service appointments and such which really fits with my lifestyle. The service center is always pretty quick and everyone is always super nice. I wouldn't really recommend driving over there if you live too far away but if you're close you should stop in and give them a try.

    I brought my best friend car here to get serviced. As soon as I pulled up I was welcomed by a staff in the service department. Very friendly smile. I showed them my coupon for the oil change I wanted and she explained the coupon to me. Their waiting area is very cozy. They have a snack vending machine, drink machine, coffee and popcorn. I've never had any issues with coming here. You will need to get here early if you don't have an appointment. They do get very busy once the morning rolls through.

    I contacted Serra Nissan about getting my name off their mail list. I have been receiving unwanted mail from them 3-4 times a month. I was transferred with a lady at "accounts receivable" with whom I explained the problem I was having. She said a third party does their Marketing but they wouldn't allow them to give there names to customers & they send thousands of letters for various dealerships. I asked for the information for their corporate office (where it was located & there number) which she also com couldn't give & rudely told me to "google it". She was completely unprofessional. And even mentioned that many people have called them about this including a widow who's been getting mail addresses to his deceased wife. Yet, they steal decided to do nothing about it. How incredibly inconsiderate.

Now, I can say there prices for snacks and drinks are much higher and you probably can just go up the street to Family Dollar and pay less than at Advance Auto.

    I had issues with a battery that was purchased recently and I wanted to get it tested. The battery…read moretested badly and was in need of a new one. I purchased the battery from another location that was cLosed at the time of my arrival at this particular store which is close to my home. I can understand them not being able to pull records, switch warranty information without the actual receipt......all that is fine so I was told. The unfortunate part was it was late and I was treated with horrible customer service......tHe worst by a guy Donald that wasn't helpful at all. He basically said your battery is testing badly....I can tell it's fairly new, you are having issues wiith your vehicle starting and it's one of our batteries, but since you don't proof of purchase and you didn't buy it here.....I can't help you. Customer service was horrible and it was worst when I came in close to closing and it seemed as if I was bothering them. Take care of your customers and you can't apologize sincerely and give the options but don't be rude and inconsiderate. You never know what someone else is going through.
