I had to bring it in 4 times to get nuts and cables readjusted and tightened. The brackets holding the entire top down came loose on an out of state road trip. Could have been catrastrophic. It is as if it was the first time H&H had ever installed a camper top. Of course every nut will come loose if they dont use lock washers or glue. They ultimately never fixed it correctly. It remains off center and a little crooked. Another nut came loose the other day so the opener won't work. Sales guy was nice but manager is a total jerk. Tells me "its off by millimeters". Thats just obnoxious. Why go metric to make it sounds like it is minor? It is crooked by a least half an inch and very noticeable. Weak ARE product, and very pathetic service that wouldn't stand behind it. This is a JV operation- go anywhere else!

I saw other staff go out to someone's car and help them with a battery, which is nice to see as other stores do not offer to do this service. I'll definitely come back here again next time. The only issue is that the parking lot is hard to get into and can be a little cramped at times.

Most everywhere you go you can find a Walmart. Let's say you purchase tires from Mr. Joe down the street... when you've got an issue and you're out of town, you're on your own with covering the cost. But since Walmarts are EVERYWHERE, you can go in and they'll find your warranty and services paid and get you on your way. I got the signature car wash (valued at $30 for a single wash, or $35 for a monthly membership). Our car came out a lot cleaner and drier than it has when using other automatic car washes. The detailing stations were plentiful and well-stocked with microfiber towels and cleaning product to use after. The vacuums we were high powered and the hoses came in two sizes - standard and crevice. Our wheels didn't clean up very nicely but this is often my experience at automatic car washes so my expectations weren't dashed. I hope we get a New Day in Gadsden one day but in the meantime, will be sure to get our car washed during future Trussville visits.
