When I told Jim the problem, he thought it might be an easy fix and tried to explain it over the phone so I could do it myself and he wouldn't have to charge me. How freaking nice is that?!? Unfortunately, I didn't have the necessary tools for the fix. Jim recognized the bind I was in and he was at my place in less than 40 mins and only charged me 1/4 of what the other companies were quoting! I can't recommend him enough!

His pricing is beyond reasonable & he is ALWAYS professional, courteous, polite and keeps the areas he is working in CLEAN. They are always on time & efficient. Monica is very pleasant to speak with as well. I have reccommended General Plumbing to countless friends. I have gotten estimates from other plumbers (just to do my on due dilligence) and General Plumbing always comes in less expensive. Jim was just here over the holiday weekend and my bill was $140 to fix a leak in the ceiling! The other estimate that I recieved, from another company, was $275 just to do a leak detection without fixing it. I've read some of the other reveiws and I have never encountered any of those problems.

First of all I texted him as I prefer it over phone calls. He texted back and forth a little with me and was reasonably prompt. Price quote from our description of the problem was pretty accurate with final bill. Very fair pricing. Everything done in a reasonable amount of time. Even with a couple hickups due to some unknown extra problems we had, everything went smooth. We had some things that were apparently not built well or in a typical manner and he had no problems adapting and getting the job done right. He is very friendly, polite, easy going, happy personality, not a loud talker and I point that out as not one of our three dogs in the bedrooms made a peep when he was here. If a stranger in the house even breathes wrong it will usually set the chihuahua off. I let him know before he got here that we would both be wearing masks and it was up to him if he wanted to wear a mask in our home. He did wear a mask. He asked me if I used to rent a few blocks away at my old landlord's property and then I realized that he was the same plumber my old landlord used and I liked him back them too. With all this mask stuff sometimes it's hard to recognize people. I'm excited to leave him good reviews elsewhere online. I usually have to be exceptionally happy with a business to want to spend time doing that.
