Really wanted to like this place & concept. It's a bit hectic inside with the going in between bays for different foods. The text message system is very off & I received notifications after leaving that my order was on the way. Sliders came out wrong with Doritos even though I asked for no Doritos. The cook forgot my buffalo sauce on the side & really had to inspect the receipt even after the server told them they forgot it, which was weird. Mistakes happen which is alright but they need a better system. It seemed like the slider cooks were overwhelmed, especially with all the different ingredients on the sliders. As for taste, they were just okay. Was about 40 bucks for three sliders, two drinks, and a slice of pizza with tip. I'd come back for the pizza if I'm in the area. Definitely very busy on weekends. Really wish this was a pizza place with a better ambiance to sit down & relax a bit over a slice or two. read more

We went during a Cowboy game, it's very cool, the game on a huge TV and kids playing catch on the lawn. We got pizza, sliders and ice creams. The food came in about 10 minutes. I got the jerk chicken pizza and my daughter got the pepperoni pizza, both were really good. I got the Tex-Mex slider and I enjoyed it too. A really great experience, I'll come back soon. read more

What makes this place great is you can order on a screen and simply wait for your name to be called. It was easy and quick. The downside: the prices aren't the best; $4 for a side of fries, $4 for a fountain drink and $6 for a burger. With those prices, I could've went to a restaurant and gotten the same meal for the same price. The upside: the ease of ordering, the fries were delicious, and although the burgers are in fact sliders, they were a little bigger than one. read more

Cheese pizza was insanely good! We weren't huge fans of the sliders or deluxe pizza but at least we found something delish. Oh, and the little bit of the strawberry shortcake milkshake I had was pretty good but it better be for that price (haha). Pizza takes a while to come out but it's nice and toasty, so it's worth the wait. Didn't really interact with any workers except to grab our food but they were pleasant. Our first time in today and the food was good. The service at the bar was fantastic! The slider cook was amazing to watch. Myra behind the pizza counter was not nice or helpful at all. She denied us water unless we bought sodas. We had 12 in our party and food was ordered for everyone. Drinks were ordered at the bar for the adults and our kids wanted water because they don't drink sodas. I don't think we will coming back. Hopefully the manager was just having a bad day but remember you're in a service oriented business and regardless of what kind of day you're having, you shouldn't press that upon your customers. read more

We came for my nephew's birthday on a Thursday evening and the place wasn't too busy inside. They offer patio seating for those who would like to sit outdoors also. There's no cashier and all orders are placed on a kiosk. The kiosk to me could use some improvements to find menu items quicker. They have a build you own shake option that's more affordable than the specialty 22oz option fyi. Wasn't impressed by the shakes unfortunately. Lacked flavor in my opinion. I got a strawberry shake with candy mixed in. The manager that was on duty told me they don't add any strawberry flavor, but instead use the strawberry ice cream they receive and mix milk in to make the shake. So if the strawberry flavor isn't prominent in the ice cream I could understand why I wouldn't taste the flavor. He refunded me my money, but I sensed hesitation. The sliders were 4.75 a piece and I would suggest ordering 3-4 to actually be satisfied. Burgers were a little overcooked in my opinion and dry. Nothing fancy about these. The pizza slices were huge. I believe that was worth the price they were charging for it. I also got the hot dog which once again was mini and 4.75. No toppings are provided for this either. Fries, tots, and onion rings are your standard sides. Nothing original or serious about them. Also ordered two different drinks from the bar. The green tea shot was good. I would definitely suggest that. I also ordered two lavender gin fizzes and they were overly sweet. And when I told the bartender about it she said she made one overly sweet and would only be willing to remake one of them. I asked for the manager and he said to just top it off with soda. My sister refused to accept that and instead asked if we could get two beers instead. Once again he seemed hesitant to do it, but ultimately he did accept the request. The bartender didn't know how to make drinks and was looking from a sheet to make the recipes. I think your safest bet would be to order beer from this place. Service was extremely slow and management was a little combative. Considering I spent $100 for the food and drinks, I will not be returning to this establishment. Please don't let my review sway your opinion though. It may have been just a one off experience. Bartender didn't give me a receipt, but I bought two lavender fizzes ($12 each) and 3 green tea shots ($6 each) and left a tip ($5-6). Came up to around $50 bucks for the bar and $55 for food. read more

1st thing this place is ok it's like a lot of ppl and the bartender is rude when I asked for water it's $3.25 I might as well get a soda with that, then the food is ok I got a chicken Parmesan slider and it had only chicken and sauce nothing like the picture and when I took it back up there and let him know he said "it just has Parmesan on it that's the only cheese" I had to show him the picture and it said it had fried cheese he then looked confused and said he would make me some cheese curds like the sandwich was cold waiting on the curds and like idk it wasn't even worth it I feel there is a high turn around on employment cause they DO NOT know the menu the atmosphere was weird it looks like a kids place but with a bar I don't know but if I do come back it will be if it's the last thing open the prices for which you pay are not worth it if they don't make the food right read more

The food is average here. I ordered a slider and a slice. The slider came out first, then 10 minutes later the slice came out. It's weird timing so by the time my slice was ready, I had eaten the slider and had some wait time so I wasn't really hungry anymore. The slice was average food court pizza. The meat in the slider was dry and served cold. Didn't get a boozy shake but that have those too. My dining partner received a message about a delay with his order, even though he had already received it. In all honesty, if we hadn't received food by the time that text came, we would have already talked with the manager, received a refund, and left. My friend showed the text to the manager who said to disregard it as it was something they do for employee training. Hey, Serious Eats, have you ever heard of a dummy order to use for training? Overall this is a small food court with average food court offerings. Great place for families and kids. read more

Did not have pizza so that may have rendered a different result but the slider, shake, fries and onion rings were all sub-par! The slider burger patty was dry and gritty - the bun was tasty but the other ingredients very ordinary, the onion rings were primarily bits and pieces, not bad but not onion rings. The fries boring and the chocolate shake tasted artificial! Doubt the pizza is worth a trip back. They've seen the last of us! And BTW, having to go to three different stations for the different items is certainly not customer friendly for those with any mobility challenge! read more

Starting out fresh as always! The soft opening is happening today from 11am - 2pm. I got a chance to drive over and try this out! Their pesto pizza was pretty good but I do wish that they could sell a whole pizza. I haven't tried their other stuff yet but I'll wait till Friday to try that at their Grand Opening at 11am. Their pizza is good, but it lacks the true cheesiness like the one in Deep Ellum. I will say it was the soft opening so of course they are just starting out. Can't wait to try more! The service is pretty good and it didn't take long for the pizza. The manager is really nice and welcoming! The atmosphere of the place is very family friendly. The only thing I would like to mention is, the staff are nice but they just have to come out of their shells a little more. All in all like it so far! read more

First time visitor to this place. I really wanted it to be "epic" but sadly I was underwhelmed. The food was just ok tasting bar food. The ordering form a kiosk is really annoying to start your visit. Then after ordering we realized we would have to get our drinks and food from different windows. There in lies a challenge. We came as family to have lunch together. That usually means everyone gets their food at the same time. Today I got my slider, that was not very good and overpriced, a good 10 minutes before my family got their slices. So I ate while they waited and then I waited while they ate. It seemed like everyone was having the same issues with figuring out this weird "bay" situation. The pizza was just ok. Nothing about the experience today makes me want to come back. read more

I've been so excited to try this out! i love Serious Pizza in Deep Ellum, and getting a place closer with more options is AMAZING!!! i tried the Texas bbq slider, WOW!!! so tasty!!! and being able to get great drinks from a full bar while i eat my pizza is incredible, love the options! it's also beautiful in the restaurant, i love the decor! the staff was so friendly as well! so cool for a place that just opened, whoever trained them did awesome, they did a great job with everything! keep it up! read more

It was 3 of us and it was around 95 dollars 2 sliders 2 slice of pizza order of onion rings and order of fries the only thing I liked was the fries the onion rings where cold and drowned in grease pizza was okay the hot dogs where like 5 dollars each and they are mini they where okay sliders where okay also oh and my son got a 18 dollar shake and for the price it was okay nothing great one of the girls that works there came to our table and was trying to throw away some of our food and I had to tell her no that we was not done with our food it was not what I was expecting a little to expensive just not worth the money in my opinion read more
