The only reason I gave 4 stars is because their website doesn't say they service our area and when I submitted an online request and never heard back so I had to call. Once I called them, they said they do service Allen and had me scheduled within a matter of days and were very friendly and knowledgeable providing accurate information. The gentleman who dropped off was friendly. When they picked up I had to do nothing except confirm the pick up by phone the day prior. Great experience overall!
