Our waste was below the top of the dumpster and was filled with regular construction trash.. wood, drywall, insulation, and some trash from our garage. Their limit is 2 tons and they say I went a whole 1.11 tons over the limit to 3.11 tons. I call BS on this. They asked me to give them a review and I didn't. So, ONE MONTH LATER, I get a $90 bill for being over the limit for weight. Unless you have the means to weigh your own trash, stay away from this company. read more

I contacted Budget Dumpster for a 30Yd dumpster. I did not know they were not a local vendor at the time of my order. A local rental agency called me to drop off the dumpster on the day I requested. The driver was courteous and helpful and I had no issues. When I called Budget Dumpster to have it removed, I was told it would be the next day. It was not picked up on that day When I called to say it was still in my yard, I was told they had a two day window to remove. Meanwhile we got a heavy rain over night adding to the weight of the dumpster maybe putting me overweight. This company seems to be regional and subs out their rentals. I would recommend hiring a local company that can be more responsive to the needs of the customer. read more
