Used BTDT for a commercial demo project. Ordered a 20 yd dumpster, and kept just a few days. Every touch point for me was spot on; scheduling, delivery, quality of the unit, and pickup. I would highly recommend, and would definitely use again should the need arise. read more

We rented a 4 cubic yard dumpster and this was the only place in DFW I could find that had this size available! It was for a home clean out project prior to a move and ended up being the perfect size. I'm not sure how price compares because everyone else started at 10 yd and that was simply too big for our space. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because their website doesn't say they service our area and when I submitted an online request and never heard back so I had to call. Once I called them, they said they do service Allen and had me scheduled within a matter of days and were very friendly and knowledgeable providing accurate information. The gentleman who dropped off was friendly. When they picked up I had to do nothing except confirm the pick up by phone the day prior. Great experience overall! read more

Bin There Dump That - Dumpster in our driveway at delivery - Dumpster Rental Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Very friendly and serviced my address within 2-hours of request. Delivery guy was equally nice and made the process go smoothly!

Really fast service. I think the price is unexpectedly high but hey, it's a great service if you suddenly need to get rid of a bunch of junk. read more

Rented a 10 yd dumpster for a kitchen remodel demo. They were very responsive to me needs by suggesting the appropriate size and placed it professionally in a tight space. Price was affordable and the swing doors were an added plus! Definitely recommend! read more

Laura was exceptional to work with. She thoroughly explained the process and timing. We were needing a roll off to clear my parents house of 55 years. Laura coached me through the timing. Delivery was prompt. The driver thoroughly explained and reviewed the workings of the bin. They are the only company that places wood down to protect the surface where the bin sits. The bins are in good condition. We filled a 20 yard and they were easy and quick to pick it up and replace with a 10 yard. Can't say enough about the exceptional courtesy and support we received. Highly recommend. Having he double doors was great to be able to carry stuff in and stack. read more

I used this company for the first time, I must say Horrible experience, apart from the price being high they wait 7 days to call you and get more money out of you because you supposedly went over 1 ton. I would of completely understood the charges if I was told that prior to me requesting the service according to them they supposedly keep the bins in their yard for a week sometimes then go dump them, seems a little odd to me. Then they call you and blame that the reason why it stayed in the yard for 7 days its because of the rain !! really !! save your money and do not contact this place. $400 for a 10 yard is extremely high read more

My son and I have spent the past 7 weeks cleaning out my recently deceased, 99-year-old father's home. After 5 weeks of dragging giant lawn and leaf bags full of garbage to the street twice a week, and when preparing to clear out the garage, we decided to rent a dumpster. Best idea ever! What an amazing experience we've had with Bin There, Dump That! This is one of the all-time best organizations I've ever had anything to do with. Everyone who works there has been a pleasure to work with. Laura and Mary have bent over backwards to help us out with extra days when we had rainstorms and when my son had the flu and couldn't work. Delivery and pick up were flawless. I just can't say enough about what a terrific experience this was. And having the dumpster just a couple of steps from the garage made everything so much easier on our backs! I highly recommend Bin There, Dump That! read more

I was doing a Reno on my parents house. When I had called to ask for information I had spoken to Ms. Laura. She had given me all the information I needed. She was patient with my many questions and multiple calls to confirm answers to questions. Her very sweet husband John came and delivered the dumpster. They were exceptionally generous with their time and advice to me. They were prompt in delivery time and pick up time. I would definitely recommend them to friends. Support small business! May God continue to bless yall abundantly! read more

So far out whole experience has been seamless and amazing. I was able to request a quote online and I had the quote in less than 24hrs. Both Eric and Claudia have been extremely helpful and understanding, both with recommending of a size of dumpster as well as with us needing to postpone delivery due to rain. They dropped the dumpster off yesterday and it was placed exactly where I needed it! If you are doing spring cleaning or just need to throw out a bunch of stuff like us, I highly recommend Bin There Dump That. read more

A++++ So affordable and easy - great customer service! Highly recommend!!!! Don't know what we would have done without them!

Bin There Dump That was extremely easy to arrange. They arrived and picked up exactly as expected. I love they put down wood buffers to prevent scratches or damage to my driveway. They were also the only company I could find with a smaller dumpster. They were very friendly and down to earth people. I would highly recommend and would use again for my own needs. read more

Laura was a tremendous help with our project! I was helping my parents move out of their house they have lived in for 30 years. The amount of things we had to throw away took an entire month and two 14-yard bins and one 20 yard bin. Each time we swapped bins they were fast, friendly, and professional. Laura was so kind every time I spoke with her over the phone. I will definitely be using Bin there Dump that again!! read more

Wonderful to work with. Flexible, friendly, affordable, dependable. I highly recommend

Fantastic! Called on a Saturday morning when I realized I had a ton (3 actually as it turned out) of stuff to remove from my recently purchased house. They answered, quoted and dropped off the bin within a couple hours. Super friendly, helpful customer service. We filled up the bin and I called and they picked up the bin super quickly (I was home and didnt even notice). Highly reccomend-and will!! Thanks. read more

Laura and her husband were so very kind and helpful. I wasn't even sure if I could get a dumpster because it was Saturday afternoon at the end of the month. I really needed one quick. I needed a 10 yard dumpster for my contractor after my initial contract fell through due to the need to have it delivered through my alley to my sloped driveway. I left a message with these guys and received a call back immediately. They were able to drop it off the very next day and even called me to give me an update when they were running a couple minutes late. Super courteous and fast. I honestly couldn't ask for better service. read more

Prompt service for quote, scheduling, drop-off and pickup. Best rate I could find. Local company. Spoke with 4 people from first call to dumpster pickup and each one of them were friendly and professional. Thanks for the great service. read more

Punctual, nice, caring, interested and eager to please is how I can best sum up my experience. Honestly almost everyone pricing wise was hitting around the same amount so for me the five reasons shown above is what you really need to know. Just super kind on the phone and in person. I can also say that I would feel good recommending them to my children and family. I trust them! read more

Wonderful team to work with! Very accommodating, delivered quickly, and was a real pleasure to do business with. I had to get a second dumpster to replace the one they were picking up (full) and they made it happen the same day, in a one lane driveway. The crew that delivered the dumpster took measures to protect the driveway as well which was much appreciated. I'll be calling them for all my dumpster needs. read more
