Delivery was prompt. The driver thoroughly explained and reviewed the workings of the bin. They are the only company that places wood down to protect the surface where the bin sits. The bins are in good condition. We filled a 20 yard and they were easy and quick to pick it up and replace with a 10 yard. Can't say enough about the exceptional courtesy and support we received. We rented a 4 cubic yard dumpster and this was the only place in DFW I could find that had this size available! It was for a home clean out project prior to a move and ended up being the perfect size. I'm not sure how price compares because everyone else started at 10 yd and that was simply too big for our space. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because their website doesn't say they service our area and when I submitted an online request and never heard back so I had to call. Once I called them, they said they do service Allen and had me scheduled within a matter of days and were very friendly and knowledgeable providing accurate information. The gentleman who dropped off was friendly. When they picked up I had to do nothing except confirm the pick up by phone the day prior. Great experience overall! read more

I used this company for the first time, I must say Horrible experience, apart from the price being high they wait 7 days to call you and get more money out of you because you supposedly went over 1 ton. I would of completely understood the charges if I was told that prior to me requesting the service according to them they supposedly keep the bins in their yard for a week sometimes then go dump them, seems a little odd to me.
