He provided a quote that day and we paid our deposit so that the fabric could be ordered. The fabric came in really quickly on 01/06/26. We delivered the chair pads that afternoon and the chair pads were ready the next day on 01/07/26. We picked the chair pads up today 01/09/26 and we are very happy with the workmanship! I picked them up and they weren't shortened done correctly, but Armando said bring them back and we will fix immediately. They were done next day but we went out of town and Armando had no issues keeping the cushions for a few days until we can pick them up. They fit great and the sectional looks brand new. My parents paid $3K and were thinking of buying a new one but my father thought maybe just replacing the cushions would fix the look and feel....and for $650, it did both. I finally found the leather I needed online and was going to purchase it when I was highly referred to advanced which is crazy coming from an east coast leather manufacturer. I took his word for it and gave Tom a call. Tom got the leather ordered right away and they got started on my seat, within a week it was done and ready for pickup.
