He provided a quote that day and we paid our deposit so that the fabric could be ordered. The fabric came in really quickly on 01/06/26. We delivered the chair pads that afternoon and the chair pads were ready the next day on 01/07/26. We picked the chair pads up today 01/09/26 and we are very happy with the workmanship! I picked them up and they weren't shortened done correctly, but Armando said bring them back and we will fix immediately. They were done next day but we went out of town and Armando had no issues keeping the cushions for a few days until we can pick them up. They fit great and the sectional looks brand new. My parents paid $3K and were thinking of buying a new one but my father thought maybe just replacing the cushions would fix the look and feel....and for $650, it did both. This is the second time I had Aby reupholster the same bench. We recently made some upgrades to our…read morebedroom, so the bench needed a refresh as well. Aby did such a great job the first time, we didn't hesitate for her to do it again. I sent her a few inspiration pictures, and when I went to pick out fabric, she already had narrowed down the samples for us, which streamlined the selection process. A few weeks later Aby let us know our bench was ready. It was exactly what I wanted, and the fabric had the perfect texture and color. I'm sure I could have bought a new bench for the price of the reupholstering, but I don't think I can find one that's custom made exactly as I want.

Piere helped us pick out a beautiful fabric, rightly recommended to have the inner foam wrapped in plastic and added a zipper behind each so they could be easily cleaned in case of an "oops". All of this was rather a last minute thought before my wife's big milestone birthday party. Piere and his team delivered so quickly - half of the time promised and the results are absolutely gorgeous. The stitching and attention to detail was excellent. While it was not inexpensive we feel it was worth every penny. Hopefully the results will show up well in the photos attached.

Artisan Interiors rebuilt the interior completely, eight-way hand-tied springs, the whole structure, and saved the original fabric his grandmother had chosen. All of it. They polished the wood while they had it. Two to three weeks, reasonable price, no drama. David runs the operation and was easy to talk to from the first conversation. Knowledgeable, straightforward, no overselling. It's a family business -- his father is the upholsterer -- and it shows in how they treat what you bring them. I didn't fully understand how damaged it was until I got it back. Now it feels the way it was supposed to feel. Solid. Sturdy. You can sit in it comfortably without holding your breath. Exceptional quality, exceptional service, Exceptional people…read more Got my dinning room chairs and bench reupholstered and David and his team were the best! First we meet in the office to go over colors and fabrics. David had incredible knowledge and great suggestions of what would fit with our space and accounted for our pets. We landed on a thus great blue color that wouldn't be harmed by cats and great at dealing with moisture. Then his people came to our home, quickly but carefully took all the chairs and bench and they were off. When they returned a few weeks alter everything was in perfect condition and the chairs looked great! Would and have recommended David and his team for future furniture needs!
