I went to a different surgeon for a primary rhinoplasty and was distraught that they left me with a very scooped out bridge, overly upturned tip, and breathing issues that I never had. I was so upset because I felt like I lost my identity and it completely changed my face. I began to search for a different surgeon that could hopefully help bring back what I had lost. He walked me through every detail of the surgical plan which was to take cartilage from my ear to build up my bridge and reposition a graft in my tip to lower it to its original rotation. He even had back up plans if something came up during surgery! He set realistic expectations of results and recovery which I very much appreciated. The surgery itself went so smoothly. Dr. Khosh eased my anxieties and I knew Dr. Khosh was prepared to do his absolute best for me. He truly cares about his patients and wants to achieve their goals just as much as they do! He was in constant communication with me before and after the surgery. My recovery was not bad at all- I had minor soreness, some bruising, and swelling. I only needed to take tylenol to manage the pain. A week after my surgery, Dr. Khosh carefully took my cast off and when I looked in the mirror I burst into tears of joy. I recognized myself again and my nose looks almost identical to my birth nose! I also can breathe perfectly! I am still in disbelief of what he accomplished yet not surprised because he is the best doctor I have ever met. My friends and family were shocked that I looked like my original self again! However, I am here to inform anyone who is apprehensive about scars, hesitant to travel, or facing any other concerns that if you opt for a surgeon like this, you will only receive liposuction, contrary to what you were assured. In my case, the results of liposuction alone were aesthetically inferior to my previous appearance. In stark contrast to what Dr. Weintraub promised and what he advertises on Instagram, he did not remove ANY gland tissue. A different surgeon recently removed gland from me and verified it with photos. The second surgeon confirmed that I had previously undergone liposuction alone. Worse, even the lipo only procedure that Dr. Weintraub performed was uneven, removing way more from one side. I'm still dealing with the asymmetries. For this he charged me over $13,000. I believe there's only one reliable way to remove gland, and that's through the areola. I now understand that a skilled surgeon can minimize scars and can prevent cratering. Don't let an unscrupulous surgeon play on your fears.

When I arrived, Dawn (who was wonderful the whole way), talked me through the procedure and asked if I wanted any music or anything played. Dr. Rapaport was quick and professional in numbing. He double checked so that I wouldn't be in pain. Dawn was great during the procedure, I felt she really worked to ensure that each area of my armpit was well covered by the machine.
