I got an ab lipo and my results were fair. I paid for another procedure but they did not perform it and I had to reschedule involutary it cost me more money to come back and they would not honor what they said they were going to do. On top of that they would not refund my money. Filing suit and complaints with federal, state, and medical board in both locations New York and Atlanta. I have been trying to reach the owner because because I had a horrible experience with his center in Houston Tx in Jan 2023 and have gotten the run around ever since. I was told that I would be awake during the procedure which was suppose to be a double Bbl and 360 lipo but was told 20 mins before my surgery which my first time meeting with my surgeon that i could only have the double bbl but was charged for both. I was told a month later that i would be refunded for that but was never refunded it's like an assembly line service just horrible and customer service does not help you at all it has cause me to have depression and other health issues. read more

SCAMMERS! I saw a promotion and I called in and they told me they can't give me any information until I schedule a consultation with the coordinator which costs $50. The next available was in 2 weeks and by the time I had my consultation she told me the promotion is no longer available and the price she gave me was more than 2 times the price of the promotion. When I told her it is ridiculous that I had to wait 2 weeks for her to tell me that it's not available and had to pay $50 for that she hung up on me. read more

I have reached out to Goals plastic surgery on 9/5/23 spoke with one of their consultants by the name of Trianna Baker she was the one that I spoke with, and inform me the procedures of products they have when I had sent over to them my picture so we had agreed to do a Lipo 360 a double BBL and J plasma. I told her that I live in Maryland and I prefer to get a doctor out in this area. She said it was a doctor here in Gaithersburg at that time well I told her that I would have part of my deposit to put down to hold the date of October 3, 2023 a week later I put down a $500 deposit. I went to go get my blood work while I was there at the lab,the lady said that she can't find their account in their system but she had told me no worries they will get it done moving forward. I called them because they were saying that they haven't received my bloodwork. I told them I gotten my blood work on the 15th and that it will take three days so that they can get it. Tell me why there dr, the owner of plastic surgery didn't approve of it until like the 20 of October. In the meantime I had gave them a total of $10,500 that was on 9/23rd of September. Mind you they send the email saying that the payment had to be due by 19 September but yet they still received it on the 23rd when I sent the whole 10k to them was fine. On 9/25 had received a call from someone by the name of T in Gaithersburg on a unblock number telling me that Dr Monroe does not perform the J Plaza. I said what so much anxiety had started to overwhelm me and I stated to her why would y'all wait a whole three weeks to tell me that it's like soon after I gave them my money they started changing the time or what I had originally had, which was scheduled for 8 o'clock on October 3 they changed The time to 12 PM mind you my designated driver had to be at work at 12 PM. All the reason why I had to schedule the appointment at 8 o'clock. Dr Voskin did my lips 360 and BBL. It was a disaster. After my terrible results, I learn that Dr Voskin is not a plastic surgeon, He is a pediatrician!! I am not sure how he is allowed to operate. apparently It is not illegal. He has no formal plastic surgery or cosmetic training. I am happy to be alive after I fell very ill after the case. I had my procedure done 2 months ago and I scheduled two follow ups with my surgeon. After waiting and standing for an 1 hour and 15 minutes for both visits and I was never seen I decided to leave. There is a sign in sheet, which I don't understand the purpose of because no one at the front desk is looking at or paying attention to. I was also told that the surgeon who performed the surgery was not in the office and I would be seen by another doctor. I'm very disappointed and upset, I wasted time and money trying to follow up and trying make sure that everything went well but clearly this was not a priority to them. As far as the surgery,which was two months ago for lipo 360 and BBL, the Dr did a good job with the areas he touched, but did not target all the areas that was discussed. Ive been trying to get a hold of the doctor to have been unsuccessful. I have questions and concerns regarding my results and what to do and not to do, but like I said I never got to see the doctors and for the people in office not to see that waiting an hour and 15 mins or more to see a doctor after you've had a procedure performed by them and under their care is UNACCEPTABLE!!! A office manager is definitely needed at this office!!! This place has the worse customer service! They charged a me a rescheduling fee due to not submitting medical clearance on time. I was covid positive and couldn't get blood work on time due to self quarentine. They wouldn't make any exception after showing positive results and when i received my negative. They rather lose a customer or possible future referrals. A pandemic is part god nature snd a customer should'nt have to pay a for for something that's out of their control! read more

I Loved the staff at Goals in Brooklyn.. everyone was super nice and super accommodating since I flew in from out of state..HOWEVER my rating is a reflection of Dr. Perkins and my results. I attempted to show Dr. Perkins what I wanted as a result of my BBL but he didn't even look at my pictures. I told him I had done my research and 800 CC's would be good so that when I lost some fat (which is expected) I would still have what I was paying for. I saw him right before he performed the surgery and his back as he walked out the operation room when I asked how much he transferred he said 600cc's!!! My behind is flat...I told the office the next day that I was not happy and they tried to assure me that fluffing will occur and that when my swelling subsides I would see the improvements but my behind is FLAT!!! there is no curve at all and I feel discouraged. The office manager was great she told me to wait until my 3 month pictures to see what I wanted to do but I feel that I should see some results now. I couldn't find goals plastic surgery on here so I will post my review here. I was told despite posting numerous ads that Dr. Voskin does not except promotions, fine. I gave my 500 dollar deposit in October against a 6500 dollar procedure for a BBL. I was then told my deposit was only good until the end of the year after inquiring about a change of surgery date because of a prior surgery that I had to have. I was then told my someone I referred to goals plastic surgery that the same procedure for Dr. Voskin was 5400 dollars. When I called to ask about it I was given the excuse from Maddie, that "well if your boss told you to say something regarding a price etc and it was wrong that wouldn't be your fault." The staff is poorly trained and this place is a bbl factory with no regard to client care. I asked for my deposit back and was refused. I am now in the process of getting my money back via charge back from chase and then I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Ella - one of employees of Dr Voskin (aka Voskresensky) is absolutely unprofessional, rude and ignorant. Ella hardly speaks English and has a terrible!!!! TERRIBLE attitude to the patients, she hangs up the phone in the middle of conversation just because she feels so, she is SOOOOO rude!!! screaming and yelling at patients is a regular thing for her. not to mention unprofessional attire and odor...I've seen her few times at the office and she is ALWAYS like that. the doctor is very good, but I feel so sorry for him for having such unprofessional employee in his team. read more
