It is really hard to find a good surgeon and trust one, I was referred by a colleague to Dr. Kaufman and because reviews matter so much: He is the surgeon you would want to have for yourself and would refer your friends and family to. Perfect combination of appropriate confidence, experience/age (not too young and not too old), at the peak of surgical skills, charismatic, simple, humane, very pleasant to work with and main of all: he will save you from your own self/misperceptions or what other surgeons have presented to you as options- that might not be optimal for you. I was a pretty challenging case myself with post-breastfeeding implants over 6 years+ car accident which affected shape and overall was unhappy with big size. From my previous experience I would not imagine I could re-do operation without implants. But he saved me from having implants for the rest of my life and despite my initial hesitation he invoked enough trust to give the natural breasts a chance. Implant removal, reduction and lift worked out great. I am running around happily with my daughters and could have never been happier with my body. So lot of stars, my highest recommendation and genuine gratitude. From my own review he is pretty good with rest of the body/face/etc his work is quite broad males/females which is very rare and speaks about his skills. all of my friends hope he won't retire at least until we all need eyelids fixed and we are only in~20-30s. and main of all: they have amazing Anesthesiologist and a very pleasant staff. read more

Dr. Kaufman is truly an amazing doctor, as is his staff. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help you. Dr. Kaufman has very excellent bedside manner and is never in a rush to kick you out. He listened to me, answered my questions, and overall talked to me very nicely. Lets review here - The Doctor himself was very patient with me when the other facility didn't send in my x-rays for a simple procedure - Luckily I saved them myself on my phone and with his guidance and expertise he was able to make one cut remove the object causing me pain and stitch me up like a true pro in 15 minutes . Let me also state that he was accommodating because I was in the office with my 2 year old son and he talked to him and made it all seem okay and another day in the office not like my son was a nuisance at all. I want to start this review by mentioning that the staff is amazing and very helpful! I walked into my consultation with a lot of question and concerns, and left the consultation prepared and educated about my procedure. Dr. Kaufman took into account my wishes, and he gave me his professional opinion about what would look best on be based on my body size and lifestyle as well. During the day of my surgery, the staff was very attentive and compassionate towards me. I felt very little discomfort after the surgery, and I know that is thanks to Dr. Kaufman's excellent surgical skills. I am now one week post op and more confident than ever, and it shows. I did a follow up with Dr. Kaufman, and am very pleased with how my results are progressing. Dr. Kaufman is wonderful. So wonderful that I drive 60 miles to get to him! I have used other doctors where I have had bruising after the procedures, but with Dr. Kaufman I have never had any bruising. He also preps the areas with alcohol which is a very sanitary precaution, but not all doctors do this either. He cares very much that you have a natural look and will never allow you to go overboard, which is so important. Highly recommend him! read more

Dr Kaufman is great! His staff is super friendly, they have televisions and plenty of reading material in the waiting room. It just so happens that he shares his office with a pediatric dentist, so his office has toys also! Who doesn't love toys, I don't care how old you are?!
